These markers will draw on leather as long as it has been wiped dry and is free of debris. A drawing I started on black leather is attached as an example. THIS IS JUST ONE COAT LAYER. Depending on the color of your leather, I would recommend two to three.
No, I doubt it. It's acrylic paint, so cleaning it off would be a pain.
It appears that you were given a faulty set. You should get in touch with the company. Also, request a substitute.
flammability is not an issue

Although it is toxic, it does contain solvents. I bought them because they were described as "non-toxic. " "Toxic" is a term used to describe non-solvent-based artistic mediums. A strong solvent odor greeted me when I opened the pens. According to the SDS, these pens contain naptha solvent as well as a number of "trade secret" ingredients. " It astounds me that they can be sold in this manner.
Uni Posca paint markers are my absolute favorite. I'm a full-time artist who uses paint markers frequently in her work, so I've tried a lot of different brands and these are by far the best. (I've worked extensively with liquitex paint markers, Painters by elmers, artist loft, and hand made modern markers) The Uni Posca markers are the longest lasting of any brand I've tried; many others dry out and become difficult to work with after a few uses, but these work great every time; I've had the first one I bought for about 4 months and it's still going strong. These are also very opaque, so they can easily hide any other color underneath. I've used them over a variety of paint colors and they've always stayed true to color, as well as the cap color. I've used them on canvas, paper, wood, and a variety of Liquitex paint mediums, and they've always turned out beautifully.
I combined them with a 15-piece pack of medium markers to create a lovely cover for my guitar case! While the primary colors are lovely, these add a nice contrast to the project and, in my opinion, make it far more interesting. Minor notes in music are similar to them. They provide a nice contrast and keep the space from becoming monotonous. I think they really helped me make my guitar case special because the ends make a nice dot if that's what you want, and when you lean them sideways, they make a wider line.
I really like how simple it is to use these. I can use them to make miniature paintings while sitting on the couch. They're fairly opaque, but you might need a second coat, especially if you're using lighter colors. I'm also a fan of the hues. When these run out, I'll buy a new set. br>br>I've attached some paintings I've done with paint markers. You can see how some areas are a little sheer and require a second coat by clicking on the first one.
None have come close to Uni Posca's consistency, ease of application, long-lasting power, and vibrant colors. My only criticism is that the color palette is limited. I wish there were a lot more so I could continue to add to my collection. I use them on black foam boards for my business on a regular basis and have been very happy with them. This is an outstanding item!.
Yay! Because the colors were so vibrant, I almost didn't try them. I wanted a retro look, and these will do the trick. I'd never used a paint pen before, so I pressed the tip down a little too long after shaking, resulting in a puddle. It took about an hour for the puddle to dry, but only about 10 minutes for the squiggly lines. You can see some cracking due to too much paint, but I've learned my lesson. I wanted to draw on top of the dried paint, and I was happy with how well it worked as a base. I've only tried it on Bristol Board so far; I haven't tried it on drawing paper.
These pens are a great budget-friendly alternative to some of the more expensive alternatives. This color palette is exactly what I was looking for, and the colors match the caps perfectly. This is a good option for someone who wants to try out some paint pens before investing in more expensive models.
These pens are so cool! Great price for markers that last a long time and produce a lot of great art on various mediums; I mostly use rock paint, so these do a great job without having a strong odor. With these, making indoor art is a breeze.
