The paint's ability to stay intact will be affected by rain, yes. But if you are looking for a paint that is resistant to rain, I wouldn't recommend these they are better for arts and crafts work and for using inside rather than outdoors.

The shade of blue determines how likely it is that it will show unless you use really light colors. Light blue to mid blue yes darker blues are less likely to show.

The paint pens are adequate, but they are certainly not quality. There is no such thing as an equal opportunity employer. The gold works great, the black however is a waste. Getting done what I wanted to do was fine, but it was a pain to do so, and eventually I had to get out the paint and paint brushes to finish my projects. It was still worth the money I spent because the devices are easy to use when they work.
While the colors are great, it would have been even better if dark or navy blue had been used instead I wonder if I should purchase another set because they move well on wood and plastic, and I don't have a problem with paint skipping or irregular markings. In white, it cannot be seen very well on wood due to the opaque nature of the color. In addition to plastic and paper, it works well with inks. The duration of their use hasn't yet been tested, so I cannot speak to their longevity.
My first use of paint markers was when I was a kid. The sign was too detailed for a paintbrush, and too large for a sharpie. It was great to use these markers! Because they have the chisel top, I chose them as my writing instruments. It's easy to switch from the point top to the fill in at the top. These colors are so beautiful! Opacity is very high. There is no smell at all As I work in an interior environment, I need an excellent product. Artists will find this very helpful!.
When my grandkids visit, I let them use these to color on my patio door, they love them, they're easy to clean up, and they're a lot of fun!.
It's a total waste of time.
The system is easy to use and does not make a mess to clean up.
The user interface is simple and easy to understand.
Initially, I bought them to use in my classroom, so I haven't used much of them point sizes could be easily switched from bold to chisel, which is a great feature.
