They seem to work fine on clay. I haven't used them on clay, but I suppose they would. Having tested them on wood, rocks, and paper, they've been an excellent choice.
My apologies, acrylic paint is water based, so if you originally used the oil base model paint from Testors, it might peel, blister, or change color. Thanks for taking the time to read this, *br> *br> *br> *br> *br> *br> *br> *br> *br> I hope you find this helpful!
Thanks, The fine point pens produce a line that is comparable to a pencil that has been sharpened a bit. Their water-based formula makes them very smooth to apply. If you are painting over something, it would depend on what you are covering. It has been my experience that clear coat is used over acrylic. Colors are bright and vivid, which makes these markers a good purchase. Please accept my sincere thanks for your help.
Could it be? There was a film on a dresser that was fake wood, not real wood, and I used them on that and they worked well. My glass jars have these stickers on them to label them, but they wash off when they are washed together.
Selected User Reviews For Acrylic Paint Pens, Paint Marker for Rock Painting, 18 Colors Permanent Acrylic Markers Fine Tip Ideal for Craft, Glass, Fabric, Ceramic and More
These paint pens are absolute favorites of the students and they ask for them almost exclusively when class is Their favorite activity is to paint rocks and hide them at school or around the neighborhood for others to find and share. They paint vibrant colors and vary their rock hiding locations. I like the pen because it lasts a long time and it dries They are my favorite paint pens. I will definitely be purchasing more from Amazon. I've purchased a number of different paint pens from Amazon and these are by far my favorite. You have done a great job with my kids!.
There are many shades of several colors included in the set, so it's not difficult to find a shade that suits your needs. Among the shades of green there are two shades of yellow and one shade of For natural scenery and skin tones, the beige and brown tones are good. A nice feature is that the paint doesn't clog like other brands do. There is a smooth, free flow to it. You need to be careful In general, it does not leave blobs of paint at the end of the nib unless the nib is pushed all the way down after Both smooth and rough, uneven rock surfaces are marked with these markers. Despite the scratchy tips, there was no smearing or uneven paint flow. In addition to being clear, the barrels allow one to determine how much paint is left in them. In contrast with many other brands I use, this brand has a similar color to the paint and the caps. The caps are a little off-center on some of them The wearing and taking off of this garment can be difficult. Markers labeled extra fine are sized 0. They are labeled in the form of fine. The lead on a 7mm pencil is 7mm. I work with lots of small details, and I find the pen's tip is too broad for tiny details. In comparison with the ultra-fine Sharpie brand, this marker's tip is broader. Despite the paint's quick drying and non-smearing qualities, it is easy to clean. It is recommended that these markers be used to paint on stone and smooth heavy papers. Paper may be a bit fuzzy to the point of having some.
This was a gift for a school project that my daughter was working on- She & her husband have been enjoying the new car since the purchase I have grown to love them so much that my other children can't stop touching them. Their favorite part about them is how effortless they are to use. A smooth flow of paint comes out of the pen a lot of time before it runs out. They are vibrant and have a high degree of contrast You can still be vibrant when it is dry. When these begin running out of paint, I will definitely be buying more of them. The rate at which my kids are using these, this will soon be a thing of the past. This is a great product!.
The colors are superb. I have small parts to paint, so I need something with a fine point, but something that will also hold up to heavy use. As far as I am concerned, this is the best thing I have encountered. This product delivers paint, and I am able to apply it quickly and smoothly. The very fine brushes I used before couldn't hold the paint steady enough, but this one gives me good results. I like how the colors pop out so well. The bottom line is that I am satisfied with how it turned out, and that I intend to buy more of these in the future.
Shake them up twice, then press down on the pen several times until you see the paint run down to the tip. The tip will be able to remove the material. To figure out how much is coming out at one time, take note of how many bubbles are being released. The paint will need to be forced down to cover more area if you have too little and are trying to cover more area with too little paint. It is better to have a small area painted with a thin layer of paint than to have too much paint as it will bleed into other areas. If you need to remove extra paint, then you should have a piece of scratch to blot it out, or go to the area you want less paint to do that when your tip is not as It's so much fun to use these pens, and you can be as creative as you'd like. I bought them to make finer designs on birdhouses and to paint on rock samples. Having been sparking my creativity as a result of this pandemic, I may use them for some Christmas decor in the near future.
We spent more time shaking and imploring them to work than we did create art. Using a few of the fine pens that worked well, I was able to paint a rock with great detail, which is sad since most of them aren't available in the colors I want.
Our COVID team used them to paint some rocks Stay at home order 19 will be shipped to your home. Several of us already had them, but at a great price, we got so many colors and a tip of such fine quality. It has been less than a week since the last update. However, we have painted about 18 smallish rocks that show no signs of running out of paint. I'm confident that I will get a lot more use from these pens over the next few weeks.
In the first place, you should be prepared to be taken aback by the flimsy package, especially when the word Brown is misspelled I'm not sure if Bwon is the correct spelling, The pens are individually shrink wrapped and can be a little frustrating to open at first. I simply used a pair of scissors to snip open the shrink wrap and then removed each piece of paper. The thing that scared me the most was how difficult it was to make the colors look right after shaking them. Then there were some that I could only hope were mixed well The moment I picked up the pens, however, I was quite pleased with them. I enjoy the ease of painting this program, and the colors are spot on and vibrant. If I had these for a long time, I would buy them again, but I haven't had them that long, so I will edit this review if that changes. THE UPDATE IS These paint pens are awesome. My order will certainly be placed again and I hope that more colors will be available soon. The product is excellent and I recommend it highly!.
