What you are asking is not clear to me. Although, it looks just like a regular pallet knife. I own one similar to this and love it. Sturdy but flexible and easy to use, it is durable and easy to handle. I'm called Dorothea
Using this particular palette knife will make it difficult to frost a cake or even a cupcake properly. It is very narrow. You might be able to use it on a mini-computer Apparently, cupcakes.

The weave of cotton canvas makes painting delicate details more challenging, as well as getting 'clean' edges. I no longer use cotton canvas for painting. This knife is meant to replace a palette knife that snapped after only a few uses (and not very forcefully). It is a lot shorter than the blade I had before, but I quickly got used to it. The metal painting knife makes a great alternative to my plastic painting knife after using and tiring of my plastic painting knife for several months.
