Because metallic paint is made from ground up metal flakes, it's a potentially toxic substance

I ordered "Glorious Gold" acrylic paint at the risk of misjudging its quality. It was good of me to do it. It looks like a greenish gold color from the swatch on the Deco Art website. That's not the case at all! A vibrant golden color like this is not to be missed. The gold color of this foil is very shiny and bright, just what I needed for my project. It's also considerably cheaper than the other "gold" colors available.
My experience as an artist has enabled me to use it on a variety of media, from paper, canvas, and fabric to more odd materials like plastics. It takes just two coats to get the same effect. The gold is solid and beautiful!.
As far as I was concerned, it was very simple to use. During the cleaning, I used nail polish remover that does not contain acetone, and a high percentage of alcohol. Once applied, cleaned, and left to dry, it is holding up extremely well, keeping its My sincere appreciation goes out to I would buy it again in other colors as well. Only a few snippets of it were used.
While the Deco Art White Pearl might not be visible in the attached photos, it gives the other paints a lovely sheen when it is in real life.
It was so exciting to find this paint and I couldn't wait to turn it into my project. Unfortunately, this paint proved to be very transparent due to the kraft colored paper mache I was painting. My first coat did not cover the surface well, as the surface was traces of this paint I could see were the tiny light stripes my brush left on the paper. A small amount of paint ended up just wiping off the piece and my project came to a grinding halt. Now I must find an opaque metallic or pearlescent white paint to complete the project. Hope all goes well for me.
You're the best! This book is worth purchasing! This paint is easy to spread and quick to dry, and I like its quality. br>The color of the product corresponds to the description.
It was the metallic white that I liked best. It came out as a two-part As a value-added item, this bottle pack is probably offered at a discount You are packing. Airbrushing is not a good way to apply paint, since the paint is too thick. To thin the acrylic paint using flow additive to an even consistency is much harder than I expected it to be, something I have never found to be a problem before As soon as it dries it sets up fairly quickly (too quickly if you ask me), but dries to a sticky sort of finish A soft-killing agent Here's the - You should apply the second coat after 48 hours to allow for unintended finish flaws, such as indentations and other surface imperfections if you don't handle the freshly painted item(s) carefully. To my mind, the only way that this "paint" can be applied reasonably is with a brush, and I believe that it will still dry to a rather coarse and physically blotchy finish even then. In the event that you want that type of look, then this product could be the right choice for you. If you're trying to achieve a smooth evenly finished product, though, this paint may not be what you're looking for. I can't exactly return the remaining 1 3/4 bottles for a refund due to the fact that I used about a quarter of one bottle and that it is no longer resellable. Consider it a learning experience. The star is one.
It has been metallic paint and glitter paint that I have used. of these products must be shaken prior to use. To reshape a bottle of paint after repeated use of it, stop and reshape it again after using it. Layers of paint must be applied to these paints. After the first layer is dry, paint on a second layer and let it dry quickly. Layers of color build up to a greater depth. Generally, I find three layers to be the most effective. Glaze paint, once the first layer has been applied, apply each subsequent layer This type of glitter is almost like metallic paint. As you apply layers of glitter, they build up depth of color but become clumpy over time. The glitter does not need to be layered more than twice. This is a pretty design with four layers. As I mentioned, you won't find these kinds of paints at the hardware store. You only need one or two strokes to get the job done. You can achieve beautiful results by using Metallic and Glitter paints, as long as you play around with them and take your time.
