I expected needle sharp points when I bought sizes 5 and 12 of the inlaid liner series 5519. My assumptions were incorrect. Unfortunately, because the tips of these brushes are trimmed, they do not come to a natural point like those found in a high-quality pointed round or script liner. more akin to being hacked with an axe at the end - The tips are dead and dull, and these brushes do not come to a needle sharp point, as the product photo and description suggest. It wasn't just one brush that I got, but both brushes in two sizes. It didn't help that the packaging was shoddy (no plastic sleeve, just thrown into a box). As a result, take caution when purchasing.
It's a great concept in theory. In reality, it's quite different. The fat part of the painting held too much water, which occasionally leaked onto the canvas.
But I had no idea that brush was unnecessary for my son. As a result, it was returned to me, and I gave my son a gift card. br>Have a fantastic day. It's a Wonderful Life!.
For thin watercolor lines, this is the best brush I have. For a thin-skinned person, a big belly can hold a lot of paint. brush for drawing lines.
This paintbrush is one of my favorites. It maintains its point and stores a large amount of fluid in its base, reducing the need for frequent reloading. Natural fibers appeal to me more than synthetic fibers. This is a fantastic addition to my watercolor brush collection.
I went to a few art stores, but they were all out of stock, with no estimated delivery date. I assume they were all from Europe, as animal fur imports were prohibited by the government. When I first got this brush, I was ecstatic. It originated in the United Kingdom!.
