These brushes come in a variety of sets for me. I was ecstatic to see a set of black handles with white bristles that were all the same size, and I expected the brush heads to be the same size as the colored handle sets also available on Amazon. They're much more compact. It's a 78th of an inch. If you have the 5-piece set with the various sizes, the 4th smallest one is slightly larger than the others. For your convenience, I've attached a photo. The good news is that I really enjoy using these for ink blending, and a smaller brush can be useful at times. The handles are flexible but strong, making it ideal for adding ink to paper products. I'm going to use them to make junk journals.

These are ideal for card ink blending. Even though I bought enough for each ink color, they're fairly easy to rinse and clean. It was well worth the money.

I was surprised by how soft they are, but they are also firm. I was able to rub the brush against the ink pad without it collapsing. They're soft enough to use as an edging. Because of my learning curve, my first attempt with walnut brown distress ink didn't quite achieve the desired effect, but I tried again with distress yellow and was able to create a beautiful border edging. I adore these and would strongly advise you to purchase them.

Is it okay if I use ink on these? What? All I want to do now is sit and pet it! They work great, but I recommend dabbing the brush on scratch paper once or twice before using it on your project to avoid a thick grouping at the start. They're perfect for making cards. br>br>I believe they take time to clean, just like any brush, but that's fine because I get to pet them:.

These are perfect for adding a subtle touch of color to cardstock. They're smaller than your average crafting brush, but their bristles are just as soft, so pat or gently rub ink from any ink pad onto the brush and, with a swirling motion, add color to your paper as light or dark as you like. These are simple to clean with just a little soap and warm water. They're ready to go after a night of air drying. I strongly advise you to do so.

I placed a second order because the first set and this one are both so beautiful that I wanted one for each color family. They can be easily cleaned by wiping them with a dry paper towel until the color has faded. There's no need to wash the bristles, but if you do, pat them dry after washing them with a mild soap like hand soap or baby shampoo.

I'm a papercrafter who creates repurposed junk journals from hardback books. Inks are blended with cosmetic blending brushes by many of my fellow paper crafters. When making ephemera, I like to use distress oxide inks to paint on cardstock. br>br>To my disappointment, I had a negative experience with the new brushes. The brushes appeared to be far too soft to accomplish my goals. That said, I think they'd be great for using with cosmetics as advertised, and I intend to do so with the rest of them. As a result, there is no need for any stars.
