An oil-and-acrylic brush, the flat mottler is described as a cross between a round brush and an oval brush. It is better to use heavy-bodied acrylics and mottler bristles because the soft ones splay out too much. A synthetic brush that feels a lot like sable and bristle mixed together. I thank them for holding their shape over time and for their strength and durability. You can simply soak the bristles in hot water if they get wonky.
