While this can be tinted, it's not intended to be used as a clear coat; instead, it's used to seal in other paint layers and prevent bleed through.
This is how I dilute a color without thinning it out too much. I've never worked with fabric before, but from what I've seen, fabric painters don't do any prep work before painting and then use heat to set the paint.
It will help you turn opaque acrylics into transparent acrylic paint; the amount of transparent base you use will determine how much transparency the paint has; it will be less expensive to buy acrylic paint that is already transparent, and you won't have to worry about getting the right mix for the best results. If you can't find a transparent acrylic in the color you want but can find it in an opaque acrylic paint, that will suffice; if you're desperate, you can use Future floor polish to achieve the same effect, though it is very difficult to mix to achieve the properties you want in a transparent paint. All of this only applies to acrylic paint that has been airbrushed, and the Future will not work if you want a matt finish because it produces a gloss.

This didn't seem to be enough to thin my golden high flow acrylics for airbrushing on its own - I had to use water as well. However, it appeared to aid in the flow of the paint and blended in well, preventing paint lumps and maintaining a velvety texture. I'm pleased with my purchase and plan to continue doing so.
The product performs as expected, but there are no instructions on how much to use, so it's a case of trial and error to find the right portions for your needs.
It's a good way to dilute colors without having to thin them out.
exactly what was said.
This was fantastic; I paid with PayPal and was charged days later by the lady who sold them; they usually charge around $30 for shipping, as I discovered later.
It is exactly what it claims to be, and it does exactly what it claims to do. I'm very happy with it, and I'll have to keep typing until it says I can submit it, lol.
Great.
