Is it possible to use this product to seal a bathroom wall painted with chalk paint?

Yes. Because the sealer may cause the chalk paint to darken slightly, do a test first.

Is it possible to use this to keep dried hydrangeas from the garden?

This product hasn't been tested on plants yet. Before applying to all of your flowers, we recommend testing it on one or two flowers to ensure that it works as expected.

Is this something you could use on an oil painting?

Yes. Only apply the sealer after the oil painting has completely dried (a few months to a year).
