Is it possible to color cement with this?
To achieve the desired color, MEYSPRING mica powders must be blended with a clear base. The pigment changes to a pastel color when mixed with a grey or white base, such as cement, and loses its natural shimmery effect; it can be mixed with grout or concrete, but it is not recommended. The proportion would be 2 to 1. Per 60 pound bag, there are 3 pounds of pigment.
Is it possible to rub this against a black rubber doormat?
This is a powder pigment that can be used to color Resin or Epoxy. I'm not sure, but I doubt it'll last more than a few days. You'd also have to keep an eye out for any tracked foot prints.
Is it possible to use this with past wax to create a patina on plaster?
No, I don't believe so.
What do you mix this powder with in order to use it on an outdoor table?
Epoxy/resin is the only way I'm aware of to ensure that it is completely weatherproof. If you're unfamiliar with epoxy, look up some videos on YouTube.

These mica powders are fantastic! On my YouTube channel, Cobwebs and Candlesticks, I've purchased a few for resin projects. I make faux bolt heads and haunt prop locks out of resin. It's a fantastic shade that works well with Smooth On, Art Glow, and Diamond Clear resins.
