It does a good job as a medium for acrylic pour painting, but comes with so many lumps that I must filter it to use We would appreciate it if manufacturers took action to mitigate this problem, and make the process easier for consumers.
Used on walls to speed up the drying time of paint. It came out fantastic and the extended time for drying allowed the brush and roller strokes to settle. We will use it from now on when we paint.
In order to accommodate my acrylic pouring paints for dips, pours, and so on, I bought this item. Ensure you shake it well and pour the liquid through a strainer to ensure all of the debris is removed before using. The program works exceptionally well once this step has been performed.
I find that it adds significantly to the leveling and extending of acrylic paint pours. My only complaint is the lumps it has. I intend to run this through a strainer first, but I will definitely order.
Originally, there were lumps in it that did not appear until after the paint dried, so I had to strain it through cheesecloth before painting. There was no point in using all that paint and My mood is not very good right now because of this.
This is my first time using the product. I chose acrylic paint pouring as my new hobby (during this pandemic). A mix of floetrol and paint made the pouring process easy, as it made the paint glide. I haven't been to anything like it before, so I have nothing to compare it with.
We have used the acrylic Dutch Pour to thin paint evenly and measure it for consistency. It is an easy method to achieve that consistency. Purchasing will continue to be a regular occurrence for me. It is a little smelly, but most products in this category need to be air circulated.
The author is not sure if the mistake was mine or Flotral's. The acrylic pouring product that I purchased is the one I used. As I experimented with different types of mediums, I noticed that my paintings were often dried out and discolored as well as having chunks. It took me several weeks to get the ratios, heat, and paint brands right. I had chunks and discoloration consistently going wrong and dried out even more than usual. In addition, the lumps that reformed after I extracted the solution). After two bottles of Liquetex experimenting, I am going back to the first bottle. Having said that, I am confident it will work out in the end.
