Multipurpose black mica powder - This complex form of mica is great for making plastics, slimes, homemade bath bombs, jewelry, melt and pour, lip balms, acrylic paintings, screen printing, and candles.

Eye Candy mica pearls are 10-60 microns in size to blend more easily with resins, lacquer, epoxy, nail polish, latex, cosmetics, auto paint, lotions, creams, polymer clay, varnishes, glazes, and other personal care

- The Black mica powder can be tinted, darkened, or brightened to tint and darken other mica colors making it the perfect soap colorant or candle making ingredient for the home or professional craftsman.

The stains on Ninja Black and all our resin pigment are not toxic, nor are they cruelty-free. We recommend using POLYSORBATE 80 for bath bombs, which is gentle on skin and will not irritate it. You should always test a small area of the skin before using any additive to ensure it's allergy-free.

The black mica you see here is it pure? Does carbon dioxide or other elements play a role Does the pigment have a base?

Thanks for visiting! My pleasure to answer your Pure black is not what this is. There is a slight metallic silver feel to Ninja Black, which is composed of mica, titanium dioxide, and iron oxide. Those of you who are unsure of how dark they want their color to be may want to check out our Yoru Black pigment. Should you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. It's our hope that this helps to some extent.

Black matte flat is what I am looking for. Aside from the slight shimmer and sparkle, it has no other characteristics. Do you have any experience with black onyx? If so, how does it feel?

The pigment you are looking for does not meet your requirements, unfortunately. A small amount of metallic will be present.
