The paint appears to work well on paper and canvas, but can it be used on paper as well? In order to mix the pigment, what would I need?

It is used by me for painting on canvas, and I think it would work on paper too. This very fine powder has a white to off-white color. All you have to do is mix it well with your paint of choice. It appears better in light. You can paint with different colors. It is very intense, so you must use it sparingly. If you use as much gold as possible, this will dilute the pigment This technique could also be used with watercolors or with naturally colored paint as well.

What kind of colors are they? Are they shimmering or ?

You can both. Keeping them shiny is my method of using them in epoxy. There are some colors that are shiny and others that are matte

This is a beautiful piece of As we go along teaching ourselves how to make river tables and cheese boards with epoxy and mica color we will have to see how light or dark it is you want to make the board so do it a little at a time and once its too dark you can't go back

When used with resin, the colors spread well and have a depth to them. You only need a little bit to make a huge difference. It is best to wear gloves, as mica powder tends to find its way onto your hands even if you are The next time I buy, I will purchase Buying more colors of certain colors is a great way to find which colors you like.

Combines very easily with anything you choose to mix it with, and there isn't a lot to do with it. If you so desire, you may mix it into fiberglass resin, which will eliminate the need for you to paint.

It is beautiful, but I did not order the colors I wanted

The pack I ordered had colors listed for pack 2, but I received the color listed for pack 1. My disappointment stems from the fact that I needed specific colors. I will keep the powders I received and order other colors when they are available. The powders I received are still beautiful and I will use them.
