Questions & Answers

What is the recommended way of painting blacklight backdrops with this product? Is there a way to glow under UV light permanently?

Gorgar, I'm sure you could use our glow pigments in a paint to achieve that effect. If, however, it will be permanently under black light, we would recommend getting a fluorescent paint to achieve the same effect. In the event that you will be turning off the black light and still want the backdrop to glow, then our pigment is a great choice. Thank you! I hope that helped!

Is it possible to get a colored glow by putting how many grams of resin per ounce of clear liquid resin? In order to have at least 8 hours of glowing, how many hours is it necessary to charge? Is it possible to charge it with the sun?

I usually mix resin with powder by volume and use a ratio of 1 to 4. Therefore, when I mix in one fluid ounce of resin, I would use such a ratio. Powder in the amount of 25 fluid ounces. The same ratio could be used by weight to come to the same result if that is easier for you. Upon placing my powders in the sun to charge under normal conditions, they become fully charged in about 5 to 10 minutes. Generally, the neutral colors last longer and glow much more brightly than fluorescent colors without holding them charged for hours. While not all colors will last 8 hours, they generally last longer and glow brighter. A full charge of neutral green, sky blue, or aqua, for instance, will allow the LED to glow for more than 8 hours.

Are you in need of ?

Whenever it is charged by an ultraviolet light or by the sun, it will glow best. Some types of household lights won't do a very good job of charging the powder. A good source of light is also necessary when it comes to aqua and dark blue to get a full charge and glow. You can use the included LED light to charge them slightly, but you're going to need to use the sun or a strong black light to insure

If I mix the powder with something other than resin, what does it look like? Is the price of resin too high?

If you mix it with a medium that dries clear or semi-clear, you will get the desired effect There are three types of clear school glue clear school glue, nail polish, and Work on a specific project to know if that's right for you. Powders that I had on hand were used to make slime Each batch of slime was a milky white, with maybe a faint hint of color (I used a whole container, which contained 12 grams of slime). Afterwards, we placed a container in direct sunlight for 15 minutes and the slime shone like crazy at night. I was very happy that the kids liked it!

I love the glow on them
5/5

The glow powers I have now are wonderful! We can't wait to put them to use. Since I am a photographer and an artist, I can't wait to experiment with color and light. Here are photos of the latest update! These are amazing. I love them so much. One of the coolest parts is being able to apply multiple colors to get the effects I want. It goes undetected until they glow, so it really turns heads. It would be wonderful if they could get a perfect ten from me.

I am simply amazed! It's true what everyone has said, this product is incredible
5/5

In my job as a nail tech, I use this all the time! It's bright and it shines for a long time. Although I wear them for more than a month, I've never had an issue with them dulling. Regular lamps, UV and LED lamps, sunlight, as well as your phone flashlight can be used to charge the powder. I am very happy with this I will definitely order more when I run out, but that won't be for a while. I mixed 3 parts acrylic with 1 part glow so that I have about a half ounce of each mix After making a mix of each color back in august, I have yet to open the powder container again. When you purchase the powders, you'll be delighted with Thanks for your interest in our company best wishes!.

This is awesome for adding a shine to It was still fine once I mixed it in since I use gel since I am allergic to acrylic
5/5

I got the neutral pack to add to my nail therapy. You won't get a smooth glossy finish when you mix it with gel, and it didn't weaken my gel even though I mixed it at about a 14 ratio. My ratio was set at 1 to make sure I had plenty of glow and boy, does it freakin glow The led light is actually pretty cool when you remove your hand from it since it shines tremendously brightly even in a well-lit room and even on a sunny day. I have enough pots to last me for several sets of nails even though they are small. This week's update Since I have had the same nails on for over a month with fills, they have not dulled one bit in their shine. If I run out of powder before I run out of it, I have no worries about falling foul of it. In addition to the fluorescent ones I ordered, I consistently get compliments on how great they look. With my daughter's school, it was quite an experience to see the lights go out at the IMAX, the kids saw the glowing effects.

It has an intense and cool glow to it- As you're aware, Colors that have a dark fluorescent tint
5/5

By adding different colors to clear epoxy and painting the mixture on several different items, we created a fluorescent effect that worked well on all of them. Exposure to light brightened the color and caused it to fluoresce quite a bit. After a while, the glow faded and we were trying to figure out how to add a UV LED to keep it In spite of this, the colors of the skin are very bright and saturated, and the glow usually lasts for a while after being exposed to bright Several months later, I still see no less intensity in it after mixing it with epoxy. I would recommend this program for any kind of.

Mix this powder with paint to give your walls a glow
5/5

I suggest that you put "DO NOT PAINT" in big, bold type as the first bullet item. You'll find this stuff near the top of the search results when you search for "glow paint," but it's not In this case, we're talking about a powder that we combine with other things. In that case, let me just say this There is an amazing glow to it! This is a very bright color. In addition, it mixes well with a wide variety of things. Having no idea what I was working with, I sprinkled it over simple white glue at first, and that worked too, but later I discovered that it could be mixed This is a very versatile product. There won't be any paint on the walls. As a point of clarification, Art 'N Glow sells paint, too. I recommend you look at their other products if you need paint as soon as it is delivered to you.

As I held the light to it for about 2 seconds I saw that it glowed like a lightbulb for an extremely long period of time
5/5

My excitement about using this has been building for a long time. My intention was to mix some of it with paint and create a sort of secret aurora borealis on the ceiling of one of the rooms in my new home (I modeled this after an idea I saw In the beginning I checked how bright this glowing package was when I first opened it. Despite the fact that it was glowing for quite some time and you could distinguish the colors when they were all glowing together, I held the light to it for two seconds. To be honest, I didn't expect it to work so well. I'll start painting as soon as I can Since a new house needs a lot of stuff, it may take a while to get everything done Here are some pictures I plan to post.

The Norco College Art Club has been approved! Upon receiving the five powders, they were ready in two I did not expect them to be small or to work so well
5/5

I just needed less than a teaspoon and my skin looked amazing! When it came to making decorations for my school's Harvest Festival, I used gloss varnish and glitter puff glue as the base medium. As well as made glow jars by mixing green and pink water together. A small fault I didn't correct was that the blue is a little duller than the other colors, but I covered up that with other colors to get a brighter purple instead and used it as a background color instead. Although I was a novice painter, I found the mixing of the colors very straightforward. I was able to charge all night with just a couple of teaspoons. When it is dark, they are easily seen from a distance. I am unable to capture a picture in the dark due to a malfunctioning camera. In addition to loving how the decorations appeared under black light, everyone also loved how the centerpieces looked. Now that the powders are in the room, my Art Club can use them!.
