I can attest to only one or two powders having a pearlized effect. One of them is actually The other powder that I personally would classify as having a pearlized effect is something called Moonstone (beautiful iridescent but not transparent). This gorgeous lilac gray has a shimmery silver sheen to it. There are so many pigment powders from Art Pro that I love. With a price point like that, a little goes a long way. recommended for those who are in the midst of deciding. It wouldn't be something I would pick if you are only looking for pearlized powder pigments, as most of them are vibrant colors and do reflect light well, but they're It is my hope that this will be helpful.
It is determined by the amount of powder added to your mix, so there is no set coverage area. The darker the powder is, the darker and more intense the color, while the lighter the powder, the lighter and less opaque it becomes.
The pictures I have seen so far are cosmetic grade, but I am not sure for sure. The manufacturer's website or directly may be able to provide the information you are seeking.
Not sure if I've used it to color epoxy, but my tac method tumbler was all layered on top of epoxy before I applied it. Here's what I can do to help

Since the beginning of April I have had the opportunity to use the following mica powders from the Art Pro set in epoxy resin It is available in olive, apricot, gold, moonstone, sapphire, magenta, Tuscany, bronze, Cabernet, and crimson. No damage was done to the box or its contents during the delivery process. There is a cute little shovel scoop included to remove the pigment from the zip lock baggies that each mica powder gets individually wrapped. In the first picture, you can see samples from some of the sets I made with the colors mentioned above. I made 12 full sets of coasters with the colors mentioned above. A pic of the cute cardboard box containing the mica packets can be found in the second picture. I am a highly versatile artist with my own home based business, and my particular mediums are resin based paintings with and without texture, as well as resin coasters that I make on the side. In addition to alcohol ink paintings, I also produce coasters and large paper with alcohol ink paintings. I found that the mica powders offered in the bag were quite beautiful and vibrant, and for the most part, I found working with them to be very easy. On a couple of the colors I mention above, I had color fading issues. cabernet, which I expected to be a wine color, is not at all a wine color. The epoxy cured in a copper color which faded and became more transparent as it cured. While I carefully weighed the same quantity of pigment from each packet into the cups, it was nearly impossible to tell that I used Cabernet after 72 hours no matter how much I measured. Additionally, the resin was applied to each cup at the same rate. In addition to bronze, another color faded on me. In the same vein. Sapphire Blue, Crimson, Tuscany, Moonstone and Magenta are the colors I like so far. You can't go wrong with those. Having tested the mica colors so far, I am satisfied with what I have so far. I look forward to seeing how the other colors The darker shades of green are not currently offered in this assortment so I hope to find a rich and vibrant emerald or forest green in the future.
There is a lot of room to be creative with these components, and they have a lot of cool effects when they are used in resin art! I would highly recommend these and hope you enjoy them!.
These I have purchased several times and have generally been pleased with the product. I was disappointed to find that the one I purchased most recently had several colors very different from the original set (despite the pictures on Amazon displaying the original colors and them being named the same). I need consistent colors for the purposes I use them for, and they do not So far, I haven't heard back from the seller despite sending him a message. On the pictures, it's quite evident that the photos are different, and it's even more evident The color is similar to the pastel hue of the original. There is no matter of quality when it comes to the packaging, though the micas are good. There is original Chartreuse on the left and original Magenta on the right. ***12/28 I did get a response from the seller saying the Chartreuse had been discontinued (no clue why in their pics they still show the original color and still call it Chartreuse).
I think you have some VERY nice varieties. It has a VERY good sheen. I think this is a great deal! There are a few truly exceptional brands out there, that may pop a little bit more, but charge much more per color than this entire package! I am amazed at the impact these have on resin!.
That's so cool! We love these Mica Powders and can't say enough about them! When I was deciding whether to purchase them, I hesitated, but I am An amazing variety of colors can be found here. It makes it easy to use, you get enough to try each colour and I love the fact that when needed, I can order large jars of any particular colour from the company. A paper card with a QR Code and instructions for downloading provided instructions if you needed them for using their powder. The powder was nicely packaged in a box with a plastic spoon and a plastic card for you to go to their website. This is definitely a product I will purchase I appreciate the wonderful products you sent me. I am looking forward to building a business relationship for a long time. There is no doubt about it. It's still a good day when it comes to Amazon shipping.
It is the gold and white gold that I find attractive. As a new resin user, I just finished my first project (I carry lots of nail polish remover). Two colors were used as accents and as marbled finishings on black resin (different Glistening and rich, the gold shone like the sun. Gold with a pearly sheen, warm and white. In the near future, I intend to experiment with more colors once I have cleared up my mess. From the packets, we can determine the stars. As far as I can tell, you can reseal the pouches but I cannot figure out how to gently open them. The packets have been cut close to the top so far.
I am thrilled with how the mica powders blended with the epoxy. The next time I buy from ArtPro, I will certainly buy from them Excellent product! I highly recommend it! There is only one thing I don't like about this product, which comes in plastic. The use of containers would make handling much easier.
