For stepping stones, is it possible to mix it with concrete?

As noted above, the pigments work best in a clear base mixture. If the pigment is used in concrete, color of pigment will fade and become dull, since concrete's color will overpower the pigment's

I would like to pour a half gallon of this. How much would I have to use? How do led lights work if they are embedded in resin? Does the light shine through ?

The amount of clear automotive paint that I use is 25g per gallon. In a clear resin, I am unsure how to use it. Hopefully, it would be the same. Alternatively, you can scale it in a ring and use a clear plastic mold as the casting. Mix a little bit to see how much you will need. That way, nothing would be damaged, and you could illuminate the beneath as well.

Is it possible to mix this with powder paint to make ?

It is true that pigments can work when mixed into paint- It is best to use a clear mixture for a true color, as a heavy pigment load or dulling effect may occur if white is used.

Currently, I can only find the 1 version on Amazon.com. Does 5 oz of diamond royal blue come in a jar? There is just plain royal blue in front of me. ?
