Questions & Answers
The item is 1 pound and 3 ounces in weight.
Yes, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're using cobalt or cadmium paints because you don't want the residue on your dishes.
The deep part of the slanted mixing spaces is approximately the same depth as the round wells.
Well, I'd never considered that kind of application before. I wouldn't mind using it for food, such as dipping sauces and the like, because it's ceramic. I wouldn't put it in the microwave or the oven, though.

br>br>Clean, lovely, and chip-resistant. Free white porcelain with eight perfectly deep wells. This is exactly what I needed when I needed to mix multiple colors of watercolor at the same time.
I wouldn't take it on a trip because it's quite large and will most likely break if dropped while plein air painting. It's glazed and very bright white, allowing you to see the colors you're mixing with pinpoint accuracy. Because of the glossy glaze, it is extremely easy to clean and does not stain. It's without a doubt one of my favorite tools to work with!.
It's the perfect neutral white for mixing colors, whether you're using it from a tube or a pan. In fact, I can keep my pan paints cleaner by using this method. It's more durable than I expected, and it's very easy to clean because it's essentially a dinner plate. That's all I've got to say on the subject. This little square of painting perfection is to die for!.
I'd grown tired of the various plastic palettes and had been looking for a suitable ceramic palette for quite some time. I found a few in art supply stores, but they were all too big or too small, heavy, and generally overpriced for what they offered. I wanted something that had several wells for mixing different colors but didn't take up a lot of room on my work surface. This palette is ideal for what I'm looking for. It arrived in excellent condition, well-packaged to avoid breakage during shipping, and free of any significant flaws that could affect the paints or brushwork. Most brushes will fit in the wells because they are deep and wide. The palette is heavy enough to be durable, but not so heavy that it's difficult to carry up and down the stairs for cleaning. I'm not going to grow out of this palette anytime soon. My only wish is that they make it in a smaller size for travel, as I'm not sure if I'll be able to fit it in my carry-on bag.
As a complete beginner to watercolor, I can't say much about this product except that it's exactly what it claims to be. So you can't go wrong here if you want to pick up what it's laying down! Advantages: br>br>
1. Pallet is thick and heavy, does not move, and has a long-lasting feel to it. lasting.
2. This ceramic's white shade is far superior to the cheap ivory hues I've come to expect from low-cost ceramics. items with a price tag I was pleasantly surprised by how bright it was, and it served as an excellent backdrop for the vibrant colors.
3. It cleans up quickly and easily, unlike plastic. br>4. The size of deep wells is ideal (see image 2). br>br>Contrary to popular belief, there are a number of disadvantages to using this product.
1. It's a little smaller than I'd like, but that's not a problem because the product is exactly what it says it is.
This tool appears to be superior to the plastic palette I was previously using. It's very simple to clean. There are several sections that hold paint, but some are smaller than I would have liked (this is my preference, not a flaw in the product), which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. It was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. Yes, I think it's a good idea.
This is a solid ceramic palette in natural white (not bright white). It appealed to me because it has larger and deeper wells than the one I currently have. This enables me to mix a large amount of color at once while keeping each color separate. Finally, it was safely packaged with a thick layer of dense foam padding. This book comes highly recommended.
If you want to create a watercolor palette, porcelain is the way to go. Wells are large enough for larger color washes. I am extremely pleased with my selection.
