This set appealed to me because it contained fewer gems than the adult kits and was smaller than the Jumbo dot kits used by my 5-year-old. Unfortunately, I realized right away when it arrived that it would require a little more patience than my daughter currently possesses. They're also packaged in four separate boxes for shipping. If the boxes didn't get destroyed in transit, this would be ideal for gifting. Overall, they're good, and each kit comes with the tools you'll need, but this isn't the upgrade I was hoping for.

These are a big hit with my nephew. He's five years old and had begged to assist me with my large diamond paintings. I bought these for him because they are more comfortable for him, and they are fantastic! He enjoys them so much that he can't stop himself from doing them. It's a very strong adhesive! He left one on the back porch three months ago, and it's still there! There aren't any missing diamonds!.
