All airbrush hoses with a 1/8 thread size will fit these hoses, including your Iwata.
Yes, you'll need an adaptor to use the airbrush with this compressor, as someone who owns both this compressor and the Patriot 105 can attest.
It will, of course, be determined by the die grinder. However, it appears to produce between 35 and 40 gallons of water per minute. PSI of 40 is a low working pressure. It is certain that it can withstand a constant pressure of 20 PSI.
Mine, too, refuses to come off. I imagine it will open a valve on the inside to drain the water, but I haven't had that problem yet. Good Luck

I've only recently received mine and have yet to "use" it. I did, however, turn it on to see how loud it is because I was concerned it would be too loud. This machine (at least mine) is completely silent! It won't bother me if it's right next to me while I'm painting. All of the fittings on this compressor are snug, and a little teflon tape applied correctly will fix the majority of the leaks that have been reported in the comments. I just finished watching the video I made, and the compressor sounds a lot louder than it does in person. Much more obnoxious. br> FIRST EDITION: The "Dual airbrush holder" was not delivered to me. I e- I emailed the seller, TCP, and informed them of the error, and the next day I received an e-mail from them. mail from them, accompanied by a copy of a shipping order for the holder to be sent to me as soon as possible! Of course, there is no charge; in my opinion, TPC is trustworthy, open, and responsive. br>EDIT2: Added a second paragraph. The hose that came with the computer is fantastic; both female ends are 1/8" in diameter. The Iwata Neo was a perfect fit for me! I'm all set to AB anything that comes my way, lol. The hose is also extremely flexible, making it simple to maneuver.
I recently bought a TC- To go with my new Reaper Vex airbrush, I went with the 326T. This is a good fit because the 1/8" hose does not require any adapters to connect to the Vex's 1/8" connector. Unfortunately, I ran into the same issues that others have: On both ends of the compressor, my unit had significant air leakage- The leaks were fixed with an adjustable wrench, some pipe sealant tape, and a lot of power words directed at the awkward access to the upper joint, but wouldn't it be nice if we didn't have to fight with these otherwise nice units right out of the box? As a first-time air compressor owner, I found the unit's operation and pressure adjustment to be straightforward. The noise level is acceptable, though my unit squeaked a little during the first couple of startup cycles. (It's been quiet since, so I'm guessing either something had to settle in or the leaks were fixed. ).
I couldn't fully test it because I didn't have access to an airbrush. I turned it on to check the noise level, and it is extremely quiet. You wouldn't notice it if it was on the floor next to where you were painting after a while, and I like the design. It's small and compact, but it came with a cracked power switch housing, which was a problem for me. It's most likely a cosmetic issue with this unit, but you expect something new to look new when you buy it. The shipping box and packaging box were both undamaged, so it appears to have been broken during production. I've sent an email to the vendor requesting a replacement part, and I'll update this review once I hear back. I would have given it five stars if it weren't for the cracked housing. br>Newsflash - This was written later that day. The seller responded to my inquiry. This happened the following business day after I sent them an email. They were unable to replace the part, but they did provide two options for resolving the issue. I decided to return the compressor and place an order for a similar one. I was so impressed with their service that I raised my rating from four to five stars.
This is my first airbrush, so this is my first compressor. My Iwata Eclipse and the included cable were a perfect match. You'll need an adapter if you want to use the longer cable that comes with some Iwata kits. After a week of practicing airbrushing drills I found online, I completed my first large scale model in one half day. I went from priming to painting shadows and highlights in a matter of minutes. The compressor ran frequently, but the tank's air pressure never fell below a certain level. I would recommend Velcro straps for the hose and power cords, as well as a quick disconnect kit for the airbrush, because the tank is about 2 feet on the floor near my station, but the noise level was fine even that close. So far, I'm pleased with my purchase, and the black tank and metallic blue compressor add a nice aesthetic to the unit.
In terms of airbrush compressor power, convenience, and size, this is a good choice. I really wanted to like this compressor, so I did some research on reasonably priced, "quiet" airbrush compressors, and the reviews convinced me that this was the one. I expected a pleasant dull hum, but it also had a metallic rattle that grew louder as it filled up. I put it up against a 1/2 hp Harbor Freight compressor and found it to be more bothersome due to the metallic sound, though the hum factor was about the same. It's possible I got a bad one, in which case a replacement would have sufficed, but I didn't want to risk it. It's a good compressor in terms of functionality, which is why I gave it four stars; however, it's too loud to sit next to while working on my art. I returned it ==========================.
Yes, there are some cosmetic flaws, but they are unimportant to me. The gauge/regulator is important for knowing and adjusting the pressure you're using with different paint thicknesses, and the tank ensures that the compressor isn't running constantly. br>br>I began with a Zeny desk air compressor and brush, but they were a disaster when used together. The commonly regarded low-cost compressor can now be upgraded to a high-cost one with this compressor. For priming and base coating my items, I use a high-quality Zeny airbrush (for details, I use bristled brushes). br>br>As an aside, the presence of a tank allows me to use this for non-military purposes. Away from the painting table, I use it for things like blowing out dust from my electronic devices and cleaning up the nooks and crannies of my bookshelves.
Except for the air pressure gauge, the air compressor is in working order. Before using the air compressor, I read all of the instructions. The next step was to let all the air out, so I pressed in on the water release button while simultaneously pulling out the red thing that lets all the air out but much faster, and I was watching the gauge and the needle stayed at 57psi and when the air was pretty much all out, the needle just dropped and it did not drop down to 0 even when I took it out of the box the need.
