The easel is well made and can be used for smaller projects, but I would not use it for something that big, I use it for smaller paintings, anywhere from 9x12" to 16x20".
As far as I am aware, the smallest I have used is 14X18. In my opinion, the largest canvas to use for painting purposes is 16X20 (I believe this to be the largest canvas size to use). The screws have never been changed to fit any other sized screw as I do not plan on changing them to fit any other size. When I need it, I can use a smaller lighter weight easel to fit smaller canvases. The writer is Janice Benton from Cortez, Colorado
You should be able to fit a 20 x 20 canvas in it. As far as my measurements are concerned, it extends 23" in height (and it is adjustable) and the base of the stand is about 1 foot wide, so it should be able to For the bottom of it to stay put on the table it rests on as people sign it, you might need to put a little weight on it or tap it down with something sticky. However, that may not be an issue in this case.
There was no odor to be found.

The easel is a nice little thing. Despite the weight, the quality of the materials and the lightness of this watch are very satisfying to me. There is, however, a strange design flaw, which is that it will not adhere to canvases that are smaller than 18". Even when painting horizontally on a 20x16" canvas, you will face the issue of the canvas moving all over. To tell the truth, I didn't consider the There is something very strange about this. I've attached some pictures of a simple fix, but it won't look quite as good. To secure the top of a canvas that is under 18 inches, all you need is a piece of wood, 2 washers, a nut and a bolt, and you are ready to go. A canvas of nearly any size can therefore be secured in this way. As a result, I give it a 4 out of 5. The issue was resolved in less than a minute and I'm happy with the ease of the repair. It is my hope that this will assist someone else.
This purchase seems to be a good one so far. All the pieces are secured with screws, lightweight, and I found out that it slides on the table from another review so I bought rubber feet to screw onto the bottom for a couple bucks. I have solved the problem!.
Painters at the beginning level will benefit from this easel. A few parts move within the machine, so it's a simple device. The canvas size is adjustable from 9" x 12" to 18" x 24". When it's in its highest position, it stands almost vertical and lies flat on the ground. The edge of the table is sanded and the table is very light. Compared to other similar products, it lacks a latch to keep it closed and there are no feet to prevent it from sliding across the table when closed. The purchase I made, however, is still satisfying to me.
As a result of what I bought it for, I liked it. The little wooden piece on the top of the easel was broken, so I had to use it to hold the canvas I was painting The tiny block of wood had been split in half by the screws I deleted it because it was unnecessary. Honestly, I do not believe it is necessary! It's the first time the easels in my paint class have been equipped with that "stabiliser". gave it three stars just because it was broken, not because I did not Despite not having the wood piece, it seems to have worked out well for me!.
It is easy to set up and stays stable as long as my cat doesn't move a lot, and I even bought a second one as I like to paint two pictures at once. I even bought a second easel because I like to paint two pictures at a time.
I am glad that my order arrived in an Amazon box undamaged and did not require assembly. Being able to adjust it is wonderful. This is a well-made item in my opinion and my husband's as well. I'm going to add rubber feet to the cabinet Another fitting suggestion from the customer, Amy, was to attach another removable small piece of wood to the smaller canvas. The idea of starting with a smaller canvas is excellent because I am starting with a smaller canvas. The easel I purchased is my first easel as a beginner painter, and I think that it will help me greatly as I begin a new interest.
As a result, the dowel piece is highly unstable because it does not fit correctly in the notches. Most of them are not like that, I am assuming.
I ordered this easel because I wanted a tabletop easel. The construction is excellent and the canvas is securely held in place. The only issue I have with this projector is that 16x20 canvases cannot be displayed as landscapes. It is best to use this easel when the canvas is larger than 18x24 inches. My only wish would be that it could be adjusted slightly so that it could fit slightly smaller canvasses.
