The scent isn't strong, and there aren't any color or scent labels, which is terrible! Things aren't made the same way they were in the past
3/5

There are no distinct scents for each color in the new Silly Scent crayons. They all have the same scent, which is more like plastic than a "funny scent. " They also don't put a color or scent label on each one. Only on the box, which, as we all know, with toddlers lasts about an hour. You also can't put the crayon back in the plastic outside if it breaks! It's a real pain. br>I've had the older version, Magic Scents, for years and years. From across the room, they continue to stink. Each one is clearly labeled, and you can tape them back together (or just use broken) if they break. These Silly Scent markers do not impress me at all. I wish the older, far superior version was still available.

The colors are nice and bright, and the scents aren't too strong
4/5

These crayons arrived in good condition, and the colors are nice and bright. They appear to be durable and will not easily break, and I prefer not to have to peel off paper wrappers. The scents aren't particularly strong or distinctive, so if the scents are your primary motivation for buying them, you might be disappointed. They're not bad, but they're a little generic and similar. Because they're cute crayons, kids aren't likely to mind. My grandchildren are 12 years old. The scents in the crayon box seemed to be stronger. In addition, the included scents photo on the back of the box shows lemon, but I got pineapple instead. Every single one of them is identical. This isn't a problem for me because the individual scents are difficult to distinguish anyway. The crayons were a gift, and while they are adequate, I believe they could be improved.

It's fine for crayons because they all have the same smell
3/5

The concept of these silly scents crayons appealed to me, so I purchased them. There are two issues: first, they don't smell as good as they claim. All of the crayons, with the exception of a few, have a berry or fruity scent. Berry represents fresh air, pine represents pine, pineapple represents pineapple, and popcorn represents popcorn. Perhaps the more you use the crayons, the less of a problem you'll have. We tried a few different ways to use the crayons to get a different scent, but the only one that smelled different was licorice, which still smelled like berries. br>The second issue is that the crayons are unlabeled, which would probably not be an issue if they smelled as they should. Is this the color of a flower or popcorn? It has the same scent (like a grape/berry, in case you didn't notice). br>If you want twistable crayons, go for it; they're small enough for small hands, more difficult to break than regular crayons, and don't have a peel to peel off. I would avoid it if you wanted crayons with "Silly Scents" as advertised. br>*I realize the smell could just be berry/grape from sitting in a sealed package in a warehouse, but I wanted to warn others because I don't think you can guarantee it won't happen again if the crayons are stored in similar conditions.

They can be erased completely! We're pretty sure the scent is fake, and it might bother some sensitive users, but we love them and use them all the time
5/5

They've been fantastic for homeschooling my child. AND, for those who care about those lines, the best part is that you can completely erase them if/when you make a mistake.

The Smell of All Crayons Is Identical - Colors are vibrant and color well, which is disappointing
4/5

We love the Crayola scented markers and all of their fun scents, so I bought these for my 5-year-old daughter. Unfortunately, the crayons' scents are indistinguishable from one another - They're all the same in terms of odor. I believe it's because they're all in the same box, so the scents mix up, whereas the markers' scents are kept separate under the caps. It was disappointing that they all smelled the same, so it wasn't as enjoyable as I had hoped. br>br>The crayons' quality is excellent, as expected, and I appreciate that we don't have to peel the wrappers off and can simply twist the crayon base when the crayon tip becomes dull. Even though the scents are a flop, she enjoys using them because the colors are so vibrant.

All of them have the same odor
5/5

I really like how these crayons are packaged. My toddler can easily use them because of their shape, and I like how the tip is almost always the same diameter. Furthermore, because they are in a plastic handle, they will not break if you grip them too tightly. However, I wish I had purchased the regular, unscented version instead, because they all smell the same. It smells like a mash-up of several different scents, and it's a little difficult to place. They've all been in the same box for a long time, so it's probably because of that. Oh well.

This isn't ideal
3/5

The tips aren't sharp enough to color precisely, the crayon will fall out if twisted too tightly, and the scents aren't overpowering. I wish they had a wish scent label on them. To figure out what they're supposed to be, you'll have to consult the chart on the back of the box, and several of the colors are too similar to tell which one is which. They have good color, but they aren't as sharp as they should be.

Scents that are enjoyable to smell and add a special touch to coloring
5/5

Crayola's twisting crayons for small hands are one of my favorites. Younger children can easily break crayons by exerting too much pressure. You won't have as many broken crayon tins if you use these. Just when you thought things couldn't get any better, they do. They infuse the air with a variety of pleasant aromas. Before she uses a crayon, my daughter gives it a good sniff. The aromas are both enjoyable and enjoyable. There are a few that don't have as strong of a scent, but they're all great and add a fun twist to coloring!.
