The paper I use for this is drawing paper, but I wouldn't see why you couldn't use it for anything else. When applying it to canvas, I suggest spraying it with a clear acrylic spray to seal it.
My letters have been done on wood and canvas with these inks. In my opinion, they would also work if the rock was painted first. They are good when painted, but the sheen is You should have one too (I do!)
As soon as the ink dries, the paper becomes dry.
The acrylics I used for my painting were from Krylon. I had no problems with them.

The size range is excellent, there are no skips, and the markings are made smoothly. In the end, I drew a quick sketch using all six sizes, and had a huge grin on my face the whole time. Looked like a dork, but you can't help but be happy, right? They will be getting a set for each of their very artistic grandchildren, and I will definitely be buying more if they need them. All pens were nicely moist and not drippy, none of which were dry. Watercolors haven't been tried on top yet, I'll update my review if I run into any.
They are nice pens at a great price, and they do the job just fine. The set is great. I will buy another.
My purchase was a very good choice for me. Although I am not an artist, I just recently began doodling, and these pens have added an extra dimension to the experience! As this is my first time owning a micro pen, I can't compare it to anything else, but so far it seems to be working well and of.
dislike # 02 because it doesn't have ink and # 03 because it has very little Would it be possible to swap out Thanks so much, I really appreciate it.
It's nice to have this set of tiny black pigment liner. The watercolors are waterproof, so I can use them with my watercolour paintings. Moreover, journaling is an important part of the process. The sizes range from 12 to 36 for many possible There are a lot of things I like about them. This is a great game.
The price is a bit high here, but it's decent nonetheless. These are just like the Sakura micron pens, but I was hoping to save a bit of money by buying them instead. There is no doubt that they are Smaller tips - 005 and 01, for example - are more weighty and thicker than the Sakuras, and the ink flow is unsmooth and heavy, making it difficult to get a really crisp, fine line that remains consistent over an entire As for the ink, it has a very nice dark black, and it appears to be waterproof and doesn't smudge too much. Despite not being fine enough for work that needs to be precise, I believe these pens are perfectly adequate for the job.
Several of my niece's neighbors told me these markers gave very clean lines and were very reasonably priced.
Despite my only having 3 years of drawing experience, I felt it was time to switch to artist pens instead of the 99 cent store pens I'd been using for the past few years. As it turns out, the pens at the 99 cent store are great, but the ink takes forever to dry, so I frequently ruined my artwork by smudging the ink before it had even It dries quick, and I have yet to ruin a single drawing since I got these. If you want a pens that you could do calligraphy with, or an ultrafine tip, it's a great pair. It's a definite I'll return to read it again When I finish with these, I will put them back in stock.
