The pencils are a great product for the price. Rather than smearing like the prismacolor, they lay down like a silk screen. Having him around is a great pleasure for me.
A pencil's lead has not been found in the lead or core it has been found in the paint. Many Americans, but not all, are citizens of the U.S. It is not common for manufacturers to use paint with lead in it. China, on the other hand, cannot be categorized as a democratic country. I believe Home Depot offers a free "lead testing" kit that can be used to test the paint on these pencils if you want to do so.
As per the seller, the candles are wax-based. It turns out they are just as pigmented and the colors are just as deep as the Prismacolors, but they're not as soft (which is probably a good thing for me, as I do not like It is right to recommend the Castle set, the pencils are great!
My second set of these is now equipped with numbers printed on the pencils, and this one is my second set with numbers.

It's an open secret that I love drawing and coloring, and that I'm an art supply hoarder. When I see new art supplies at a reasonable price, I usually buy them. When I saw these, I decided to take them for a test drive. Pencils are stored in a nice tin with a total of three layers of There is a bit of a strange sorting process here, different from other pencils which are sorted by hue, so I sorted them by Round and black, the barrels of the pencils are covered with a black coating, and at the end of each pencil is a color indicator the end of the pencil is rounded, so you can't tell if the leads are straight. Compared to Prisma's more popular cores, these are a bit thicker but not as thick as they It is the leads that matter Sharpened with a quality sharpener and these easily sharpen. Color on the pencil does not match the color on the actual lead. Some of them are similar, but most are darker or lighter. As a result, I suggest you make a swatch sheet to compare. I sorted these and numbered them after sorting them myself with a permanent ink marker because the stamp does not indicate color or number. Unlike some of the other comments, others mentioned the leads are rather soft and creamy they lay down color well and are quite Yellows are the only colors that are not present. There are a variety of colors present in each spectrum, as well. There is nothing like this set that's found on Amazon in terms of lay down, color, storage however, the set does have the exact same hues and colors the Colore' set lacks, so the two are really complementary. I can use both of these pencils together and with other pencils that are decent wax based pencils on both smooth paper and paper with a bit of tooth. that there will be white gaps on the paper with teeth. This is normal in general, but you can easily fill in the gaps if you layer additional colors on top of them or blend them with scented mineral spirits or alcohol. Besides the lack of color numbers or names, the biggest issue I have with these pencils is that they perform badly in terms of blooming without much explanation. After several layers or blending them with an alcohol blender, the colors appear shiny, which is typical when using
These pencils are great for anyone new to coloring or aspiring to be an artist. Lightfastness is not tested, so it is hard to tell how well they will hold up over time. It takes about 6 months to test an actual set of colored pencils. For the price, this is a nice starter set for budding artists or those who like to color.
These are the best pencils that I have ever purchased, and I have owned a lot of pencils in my time. There is no effort involved in applying them they seem to glide on almost like butter, with vivid colors. My picture with pencils is currently in the works and I will post it once it is completed. It turned out to be a better set than the one I paid 100 for. With this price, you get a Prisma Primer 150-sheet package. These would definitely catch my eye if there was a larger set, because I would buy them all. The only pencils I will buy from now on are these. To find out if markers are available, I need to contact them.
It is amazing how good these pencils are! These are so inexpensive that I cannot believe it. They are nothing like these. I bought another set for twice the price. Fortunately, the pencils in the plastic trays were in perfect condition, even though the tin was bent and smashed. In addition, I know they were brand new as they were all wrapped in a plastic seal. As far as appearance was concerned, the packaging was great aside from the dent. The logo is really cool and the whole thing is I prefer round pencils over hexagonal ones, and they have a round barrel, instead of the hexagon crap that I usually don't care for. I understand why some people dislike the striping at the bottom of the pencils. There are no names or numbers, so you must use the numbered striping on the bottom of the pencils. It is not my intention to find the color of every pencil, reading the side of it to find the right one. I don't want it. As far as I can tell, they are super light, super soft, and do not seem to have an issue sharpening. I think the wood is of good quality. As well as the lead, it is These colored pencils are wax based, according to my research. If I only relied on my experiences with the pencils and the numerous sets I already own to draw that conclusion. Those are the same files I put in my Prisma premiers case, if that gives you any sort of clue Please do) And I'll tell you I like them so much because they are so easy to blend with, especially As well as blending with each other, they blend with others just as well. Maybe I am a bit crazy to think that's possible, or I can make sense of it. It is so striking to look at the colors. Despite this, they're all on the darker side of things. It was partly because of this that I gave the product In my drawings I do landscapes and realistic drawings, portraits, etc. Unfortunately these are not pale enough for portraits because there is a lot of white used in them, which I try to minimize because I have used so many colored pencils in the process. Nobody seems to be able to compete with the color palette of Prismas or Polys. With that said, they are a must-have for any other purpose! The color scheme is dominated by greens and blues. I think it has too many yellows and oranges, and the shades are too close together. Pinks are few and far between, but there are tons of pretty purples. I love the way they all blend so well! It's too painful for me to let go. Ha, all right, let's move on to the solvents. I've found coconut oil and alcohol have worked best for me, in a variety of paper types and techniques. Don't even think twice! There's 10 bucks to be had! In the near future, I will purchase a second set before the price increases. Don't wait! Do it now!.
These pencils have been in my possession for about 4 months, and I think they are great. There are a few features that I really appreciate about these pencils A soft matte, black wood casing with a comfortable, easy-to-hold feel It is made with 11 yellow, 8 orange, 5 red, 5 pink, 9 purple, 10 blue, 15 green, 3 browns, 4 grays, 1 black, 1 white
Which I prefer over every other pencil I have tried, even the high-end brands. I prefer the high-end versions since they offer all the features I'm looking for.
