As far as I know, I have not used The colors will carry over the clear satin glaze (dried), so I would think that gesso will also work.
A separate tray for skin tones is not included in the set. Although the colors may not be able to reproduce any kind of skin tone, they certainly can be used to produce any kind.
Although I have not yet used them for doll repainting, I just tried them on cloth and a paper towel, and they left noticeable, but not vivid, I scribbled some pencil on my palette, dipped my brush into the coloured pencil, and applied it to both the cloth and paper towel and I got the most vibrant color ever (brilliant in fact). I also noticed that the colors were brilliantly vibrant when I touched the brush to the point of the pencil to wet it and then scribbled on the cloth and paper towel. It is important to realize that these are watercolor pencils, so they will not leave permanent marks on your doll. I believe you will be able to get what you're looking for if you use these. You certainly get a lot of colors to work with, and I imagine that they would work nicely for adding blush to the cheeks, shadow to the eyelids and eyebrows to the face.
On the box, it does not specify. It states on the website that it is nontoxic, however I have yet to find anything that says it is

Over the years, I have tried a lot of new products as an artist and I have used a lot of new products in the past. Among all the tools I've ever purchased, these pencils are probably the best value. These watercolor pencils are just as good as those you can buy elsewhere- You can pay a hundred dollars more if you wish! I was immediately impressed by the spectrum when I opened the box, especially with the They come in a variety of shades, so you can choose the shade that suits your taste, without having to worry about unpredictable blends. The second thing I noticed was the labeling (by number with a key), which will prove helpful in organizing. There is one stroke of genius included in the box a color chart. A do-it-yourself key allows you to guess what colors you will see instead of having to guess. The pencil broke off several points, but perhaps that would be my fault for using a heavy hand I find that the color goes on easily, and that a wet paintbrush makes the color look more vibrant. There is no equal to watercolor pencils when it comes to media. For people who want to be in control of their art space, these are for them. You can use Zenacolor pencils for adding details and highlights to your watercolors in tubes, but this is a completely different method. The brushes are very good for coloring, and they don't smear as soon as you use them. The templates have already come in handy for planning larger pieces and The latest box is also equipped with a small paintbrush that will help you keep your work clean. The new company is also concerned with keeping its customers happy, which is why they include an exercise drawing when you receive the box. Among the 120 color sets, I would like the next one! My recommendation is to purchase this if you are a creative person. Please tell everyone else as well! else, you can probably afford them, so don't be afraid to try! Don't hesitate to try it! You won't regret it!.
After the first time I used these, I realized it was necessary for me to really press down to get good coloring. The paper does matter after all! experimenting with different types of paper, I found that 110 lb cardstock produced the best results. As soon as I added water, the colors became more intense!.
Based on the fantastic reviews, I bought these, but I think it was a waste of There are several issues at stake There is a lot of brushing needed to lift the pencil marks below the colors when water is applied, and they do not dissolve well with water. The slight lift in the grain of the paper (I used 200 gsm watercolour paper) is what gives this painting its character. While the pencil wood is a stark contrast to some of the colors, many of them look very similar to each other. No. 18 & No. 19 A number of the numbers are nearly identical as are those of numbers 50, 51 and 52 as well as those of 070 and 080 Some of the colours aren't very pigmented, such as 071, for example. Grey black appears to be a few shades lighter than silver (067). There was a broken point on one pencil and one of the pencils were damaged When I sharpened it along the shaft, the lead was broken, so I had to keep sharpening it This pencil has been lost to me a lot.
On the positive side, they didn't cost me too much, but I compared them with the high quality kids Faber Castells (which I purchased for $5) and they were just as good. The photos below show the difference between the two. It is quite astonishing to me that these have been so enthusiastically praised by real artists, since I believe the quality to be terrible. If anyone is interested in trying the medium, I will give them to them.
What a great pencil! I really like them! I love how vibrant they are and what a nice color assortment they have. My favorite feature of the Color Chart is the ease at which you can use it. The product is really impressive for the price, especially for the quality.
It is possible to choose from a variety These pencils color nicely and spread well when we used water over them (better than less expensive pencils we have 1) We are very pleased with the way they perform Both my high school art class and my kids use them to have fun at home with them, so they're perfect for both. really like the subscription service, where I get a new coloring page each week through The fact that they come with a card to paint the dots to see what color each pencil is is also a plus for me.
There is no indication of how frequently this happens.
Reviewing these pencils is outside the scope of this review since I haven't yet tried them. It is for the way Amazon displayed them in the middle of prismacolor pencils (which were my search terms) without including the brand name alongside Now I have to settle for a p72 pencil set of generic watercolor pencils instead of the high-quality prismacolors pencils they want. The error is technically my fault because I did not double check my order, but I'm quite disappointed. (I can't bring myself to try to return anything now that the delivery folks are so busy due to the virus. ).
Hello Benjamin, I do wood burning projects. Recently, I decided to use watercolor pencils to create more with them. I got a few that worked in the beginning, but I needed more colors. After finding your product, I was blown away! I love these colors, really love that they come in so many different shades and even have tan and brown and tan. There is no need for me to explain enough about the colors in this list. I appreciate your efforts and keep doing a good job Delivery in a short amount of time. Please accept my sincere thanks once more.
