You have a difficult time removing caps

One of the things I don't like about some of the pens is that the other end is a different color. Neither the ink nor the tip of one of the pens is held by the broken pen.

It was a disappointment. It has been a little while since I have used these and I only just got them out. The finer tip markers about half of them are dried out and no longer The brush tip markers I received looked like they were used before they were sent to me, the tips were frayed and they were almost to the point of falling apart. This isn't the usual experience I have with this brand, they are disappointing.
