I am disappointed

It was a very disappointing experience. A complete set of stencils was not ordered. In addition to having a duplicate 4" H, no 4" Y, the four" numbers were not properly cut, and many of the letters were not cut all the way through so I had to pop out the remaining pieces (see the first photo for The set would have been better if all the pieces were included, but I will be returning it and purchasing something else instead.
