It's a great pad and I love the light it emits. I'm in love.

Could you please tell me how many LEDs there are and how many lumens they produce? Currently, no information is available concerning the amount of light emitted by the project. How does a light work and what should be known about it?

Lightboxes such as this one are used primarily for arts and crafts activities. Its bright even light and quality make art lightboxes very popular among those who are familiar with them. Photographers need light that is correct in terms of color. In the light of energy consumption, LED technology is an inexpensive alternative that produces a brighter light. There is no mention of lumens on the Artograph website, but every comment indicates that the lighting is very bright and even. I believe it to be true that- We built a 6x and Artograph even drove a car over it and threw it off a 2-2 There are four stories in the building. It is light that is evenly distributed, which is a major advantage of LED lamps. Maintenance-free LED lamps last for 50,000 hours, and 4 hours each day for a 35-year period of time. "*An Artograph. Illumination that's not up to par This LED hotspot works on a different principle than others
3/5

We have a short return policy for a reason! This product is not made to last. The built quality is good on this unit, but the LEDs soon failed after less than 2 months of very limited use, resulting in a terrible hot spot in the middle of the light box. For a reason, the unit is covered by a 30-day return policy This is not a quality product that is designed to last for an extended period of time. If you buy this unit, it is highly recommended that you purchase a warranty plan Despite the seller's alleged helplessness with regard to this defective unit, I ended up returning it. Considering the product is new, the high ratings are given too soon after the product comes into possession. Allow at least two months for the Artograph LightPad 940 LX to prove its true quality (if we are using it outside of the replacement policy). In addition, this Seller does not seem to stand behind their products. This LightPad is not meant to last more than a short period of time. If you buy it, know that it will degrade quickly. This unit was probably purchased to replace a lightbox that was in use for 15 years in the studio. In terms of battery life, the Artograph LightPad 940 LX lasted for two A defective unit is returned to a Seller for just long enough for him to refuse to honor it. Make sure you do your homework before buying anything. It is because of the short return policy that the policy is so short.

Twist the pad very gently to remove the It's very bright and I can often see what I'm looking for
5/5

My toned tan paper works well with the 12 by 9 paper and it's not a huge difference in size from my sketchbook this makes finding what I'm looking for very easy. Sadly, the only issue I had with the phone was the power button, which is located on the top of the screen. It is not a big deal, but I have accidentally turned it on and off by touching pictures in the advertisement show it on the side of the pad. It could just be different sizes for certain sizes. I have a system that automatically turns on the light whenever you plug in the power cord, regardless of whether it has been turned off previously. The material is still good, but I would not recommend it to a fellow artist. Please note *br*
I had to change my review due to this. I make sure the light pad is kept in the cloth case it comes with whenever it's not in use. Because of this, I now have a spot of light in the middle of the pad while the rest of it has gone dark. Sadly, it is no longer bright enough to allow me to use that tan toned paper. Also, I have not been able to use it frequently or "blow out" the bulbs when it was plugged in. There's no reason why it got the way it did. Please note *br* In response to Mr. Roger's advice for those bubbles in the middle on Artograph's website, I'm sending you this. There is a bright spot on your LightPad, which is unfortunate. It is not yet clear as to why this is happening (it could be static) but if you twist the LightPad, it goes It is caused by the acrylic covering the top of the viewing board contacting the lightboard beneath. There is a dimmable light in these LX LightPads. The ON/OFF button allows you to adjust how bright or dim the LightPad is.

The tool is great for drawing Get one now It will be the best decision you ever make! The light pad is made of high-quality materials and comes with all the features to make it a pleasure to use
5/5

With age, the dimming feature becomes more and more important for enhancing the comfort for the eyes. If you work late at night like I do, you can dim the lights a little bit so you can get to sleep at a reasonable time (I won't say what that time I love it). When I brighten or dim the light temperature in my drawing room, I can see various parts of the drawing more easily. I used it for copying a drawing onto the Strathmore 300 series bristol vellum paper. As a result of the brightness of the Artograph lightpad pro 1200, I could directly draw on another sheet of the same paper in order to make changes for my next changed Fortunately, I did not have to duplicate the previous picture or start from scratch when I measured onto the thinner paper! I love it! It saves me so much time! My favorite part of this chair is the size. If I want to draw, I can sit with my legs up and put a bolster under the light pad on my legs, while adding a cushion underneath the end on my lap. To keep my neck and shoulders from getting sore, I can lean back to support my head and to keep my head from being bumped. It will be invaluable for me when I start drawing in color or on tinted papers to be able to change the color temperature. Having an interest in drawing in perspective, I am eager to learn how to use this drawing surface to apply my straight edge! It is so light and easy to handle, it is a perfect tool for writing line layouts. I used to teach and do commercial calligraphy and I wish I would have had it for my assignments. It is a pleasure to deal with their customer service. My problem was urgent and I needed help and I contacted someone who understood what I was going through. I found him to be easy to talk to and to understand. A quick and generous solution to the problem was offered by him. The light pad that came with mine came with two pads pucks and a special cloth to keep the surface polish. My only reservation is that there are no cons to be found. There is no doubt that it is a solid piece of equipment that does its job A part of drawing that can seem slow and tedious at times becomes much quicker and more fun with this technique! In addition, there are these accessories as well For such a device, I also really enjoy the Artograph lightpad storage bag. In addition to having a padded interior, on the outside there are zipper pouches for the power cord and For pad pucks (which are good) and additional stuff, there is plenty of space in the case. (More than enough space for pencils, erasers, sharpeners, and so on. The pouch also has a large separate compartment next to the light cell clip, large enough to hold a pad of paper (my 11 x 14" fitted with plenty of room to spare, it looks like the 14 x 17" pads would fit as well). In addition to the velcro strap, the pouch also has a button to prevent the lightpad from shifting accidentally. Additionally, the bag includes a large zippered compartment on the back so that the bag can be divided into several sections. There is an option for long shoulder straps too, along with very comfy handle straps. I am not bothered by adding the extra stuff to the light pad since it is not heavy. This is a worthwhile purchase for me since I don't have a dedicated place to put my lightpad so I can leave it ready to draw all the time. It will also be handy to take with me on trips or if I need it to work with future clients on their premises.

Here is the best light box you can get
5/5

As part of my art practice, I work with a light box several times a week. A couple weeks after purchasing one of the new ultra thin products, I had a problem connecting it to the outlet. My light had stopped working after a long time and I couldn't find a replacement cord for it. I had a 25-foot cord The year is It was a small Artograph light box from the 1950s that still operated fine, but it wasn't large enough or bright enough for what I needed for now. Since I purchased this product two weeks ago, I've been so impressed with it that I decided to purchase it The product is of excellent quality, built to last and reliable.

There is a problem with the power cord
3/5

It gets two stars down. Specifically designed to fit in a backpack, this is the ideal size. My original purchase was the 12" x 9" but I returned it because I wanted a more portable size. Within the last year, the power supply cord tore where it is connected to the charger and it no longer works. My cord is in good condition and I feel that wear and tear would not have caused it to shred like that.
