Paper does not slide, and I tape it down to keep it from sliding.
As the base is open in the middle, it wouldn't be stable on your lap. I'd say that it is a bit too large to sit on When it's on a table, I love it.
Based on the measurements I took, it goes down to 40 degrees angle, 50 degrees, 60 degrees, and 70 degrees.
It would be best to see if the maker is offering one for sale, otherwise, I don't know

My first thought was why anyone would design a drawing board that has seams going across it. My reference is to the veneer on the front of the car. Taking into consideration that this is where you place your paper on the board, it should be as smooth as possible. It is not just the veneer that is chipping away, but it is also separating at the seams themselves. Having said that, I agree that the board is quite stable. That being said, it folds up very well for storage, and I'm quite satisfied with the product. It works well for me to switch between projects and use drafting boards. The minor flaws don't bother me a lot, but I wanted to make them known. That was disappointing to me, and I think that it should be something the manufacturer may want to consider addressing. It would make a great support for drawing boards, pad of paper, or canvas if you're like me and will use it for that purpose. It might be better for you to use another product if you wish to place single sheets of paper directly on the board.
My recommendation for this product is to avoid it* Update The company sent me a painting set as part of their apology I really liked it, and I had to sand the product so that I would not get too many splinters, but I have been using it a lot since then.
I am quite satisfied When I'm working on something, the rubber band at the top is the best way to hold it in place. In order to keep them from rubbing against the rubber band, I fold soft paper towels underneath it when I'm working on scratch art. The battery life is good, and it's There is a tendency for it to slide around if you bump it or if you make too much pressure on it. The easel is pretty nice for a tabletop easel, however. You get good value for the price you pay. thing that is lacking is that the finish has kind of splintered at the edges. The only thing I won't be pleased with is if I actually get a splinter in my hand, but no such thing has occurred. Almost six weeks have passed since I have been suffering from this. If it had a shellac coating or something, I think it would have looked better.
So, I got a diamond painting, and I am glad I got this one. I feel the pressure being lifted from my back and neck. Using it while coloring is also on the list. I think I could end up with splinters if the item is not finished. I'm going to ask hubby if he can fix it. You can take it with you wherever you go. It has been a good experience.
This is perfect for me as I am learning how to watercolor. I can carry it anywhere, it is adjustable, and it is There are rubber knobs on the bottom so it won't roll or move. It is something I would recommend to anyone.
A number of factors contribute to the quality of the drafting board. But the square that came with it is poorly constructed and does not meet the 90-degree angle requirement. The board is great, but I don't know how to use it properly.
I like the finish and the fact that it is very basic and does the job!.
I browsed through all of them and kept back and forth deciding which one we should give her. A desktop easel was requested by her. I am so happy to see this! The size worked out to be just right, I was worried that it might be too big.
