Beginners ought to be able to use them. But they are extremely rigid and surprisingly Although I tried to move its leg in a normal way, the rigidity of the leg caused it to break off. Although it does not move as much as my previous mannequins, if you are just starting out, then go ahead and buy it. On the other hand, I doubt you won't be able to find a much better one But other than that, they're a good size. Just have to make them.
