If the end of the nib has become tattered from continued use, the only way to revive it is to squeeze some cheap crafters' acrylic into the tip, squeeze the nib to a nice tight shape, which extracts most of the paint, and let it dry completely. Adding Acrylic may have to be repeated from time to time, but it is better to start slowly, because if you use too much acrylic, it will dry into a solid piece of plastic instead. In order to be able to squeeze acrylic around easily, I do this when the nib is wet. The process of sharpening with a file only works if you then reinforce it again. In addition to glue, I have used superglue once, which also worked great, but left the item very You don't need to oversaturate, just stiffen. Wishing you a wonderful day,
This allows you to apply so that you are not applying too This has not been my method of removing masking fluid. There isn't a place for that in the design.
In my opinion, it is not a good idea Fine work or lettering can certainly be done in frrisket, but it is not suitable for detailed or fine work.

I never expected coverage to be as good as it was. As soon as I saw the Incredible Nib, I decided to give it one more try. This was used with Folk Art Copper Metallic acrylic paint to paint a copper edge on a 1/8" piece, and I used the fine tip to do so. The color I wanted was exactly what I wanted (and I have dozens more colors I want to try), the coverage was exactly what I desired, without the mess and mistakes that usually occur when I'm using paint brushes, and the cleanup was seamless. Initially, I thought it would take longer to clean because the tip is hard like a marker (and about the same thickness as a Sharpie tip), but I put it in a cup of clean water and swished it a lot, and the paint just came right In the future, I will get more of these so I can use different colors without having to clean them first. If I can find a paint or an ink or a watercolor to provide the color I want, I know this Nib will give me the detail I want at the edges of my pieces. Although I don't know how it works on drawing line art, I have heard it would excel at line drawing. Having the copper edging added a nice touch to my piece, and I now.
With the purchase of the Grafix Original Incredible Nib, I bought the Colour Shaper Double-Headed Nib too With the End Masking Fluid Tool and the Pro Art Ruling Pen, you can more easily mask edges. A comparison of the Incredible White Mask with Line Application This Nib is Incredible Two ends of the instrument are used, one for pointy work, and the other for chisel work. I believe that the tool is made out of a dowel with shaped ends that have been cured in some way. As the pointed end of the nozzle picks up a large amount of fluid for line work, it delivers it all in a single motion. During the application process, it wasn't discovered that a thin line would be needed. It was easy to clean the nib. This was not the case for the chisel end. Graffix (but a pencil sharpened chop stick is likely to do the trick)
• Colour Shaper - Bring color to any design. A few drops of Mask were transferred from its silicone nib to a fine short line, then feathered out into a long line. It will take a lot of dipping with this too to get medium to long lines. It is easy to clean the silicone end. This was not compared with the brush ends. Designed for holding fluids during drawing and architecture work, the Pro Art Ruling Pen has a time-tested design. Fluid can be held in it and made into lines with it. I was very satisfied with the performance of this pen. In comparison to the other two pens, this pen had a smaller initial bead on the tip. A long, uniform line could be produced with this machine.
My painting is blocked out by dipping the tip in masking fluid and smearing it around the white areas. In fact, it works for this purpose perfectly, and it can easily be cleaned with only a few swipes of a finger.
My fear is that the ends of this reusable tool are made from some kind of fibrous material, and the edges and point of the tool break easily, so I stopped using it and bought some with hard rubber ends instead.
I used it to add texture to my watercolors, but as I continue to use it, I see it will be useful for other projects in the future, The product itself appears to be well made, though (as someone mentioned) it is just a stick of wood with a plastic handle on top. This is a great little tool that I am pleased with.
However, I gave this a four because trying to keep the tip from stuck inside the groves from the wood grain can be challenging. Wonder if a smooth plastic tip would be more effective.
I broke the tip the first time I used it, and I was unable to repair it with sanding. I am totally wasting my.
As it stands, I am happy with it, but I still haven't gotten good edges out of it yet. But it is improving. A paintbrush does not perform as well as this one.
