I must add. It was delivered to me broken and the canvas must have been wet because there are wrinkles on the canvas. I cannot give it 5 stars because there is a gap in the packaging and the canvas must have gotten wet. There were puckers and wrinkles in my painting so I couldn't return it, and I have a show coming up, so there is no way I can send it back. I think they should package the canvas for delivery better so it doesn't become damaged.

The box was too small for the clothes to fit inside, which resulted in all of the clothes being wrinkled. My canvas was not primed even though I paid for it to be. Upon arrival, it looked like a scrap of canvas out of the bottom of a garbage A VERY DISAPPOINTED customer A buyer would not always do business with the seller again.

An advertisement for a product makes false claims about what the product contains, as I was sent plain canvas in lieu of the white primed canvas claimed

There was a misunderstanding in the description. have tried to return the product, but the seller wants to charge me a 25% restocking fee. Over-the-counter return shipping costs must also be covered by the buyer. The description needs to be changed on this ad for a product of size 40lb.
