It was about 25 lbs or so when we took it with paint and other items in checked luggage to Jamaica, and we were under the 50 lb weight limit just barely.
Although I would prime the canvas first, I am sure you could use tempura right on top of it
Folded, it weighs about 1.45 pounds. Then I ironed it to get the folds out and went to the carpet store to get cardboard rolls to roll it up on.

This is my first order of the 3-pack I purchased the four-yard length of canvas first so I could determine what type of quality I would receive. I'll be ordering more next time. There is no doubt that it is heavy-duty The canvas I used for adhering to hardboard panels in preparation for oil painting was of medium weight with neat weave. In addition to stretching, I plan to use it.

This is just the right weight for making paint holds for my daughter. I bought it for that purpose. The Rolled Holder is strong but easy to use in her sewing machine. She loves the look and how easy it is to use. That's why I bought more than enough to make several. This is a great book to read!.

My needs are met perfectly with this. On the table I use to work with clay, I covered it with it. Thickness is nice, and the price is right.

You will not find a higher quality canvas anywhere else. Despite its weight, it is highly durable. This is a book I highly recommend.

It is a lot cheaper than other same 3 yards of 12ounce unprimed cotton canvas of the same quality. It is highly recommended that is the best for you.

It's all there. Although there are few flaws in the design, I am more than happy. This is a great deal.
