No, I don't believe that is the case. This canvas is of reasonable quality. We used them at a children's birthday party and they came out beautifully using regular finger paints.

You can, but if your kids make a masterpiece, you'll need to spray paint it with clear acrylic spray paint first. I wouldn't put my faith in the artwork because the paints are washable.
Each canvas will have one.

I got a good deal on these because I knew how to fix them. The easels are fine right out of the box; no issues there, but I was disappointed by the quality of the canvases. made. Every one was stretched loosely and only lightly gessoed, resulting in a massive sag in the middle. Because most of the canvases didn't have that nice tackiness you get from a good gesso, the factory's gesso was also super cheap and/or hadn't been shaken well before application - My expensive acrylic markers didn't like them because they were almost slick, like vinyl. I gessoed the underside of the canvas, making sure to spread it evenly under the stretcher bars, and then reapplied gesso to the top and sides to fix the sag issue. I went over the process again after it dried for the ones that were the most saggy. (As seen in the illustration) The left side is completely finished; On the right side, a second coat of gesso has been applied to the back and front. ) It took me about 30 minutes to finish all of them, but it was well worth it given the low cost of these canvases.
They're ideal for anyone who enjoys canvas art or art in general, whether it's a child or an adult. They were used to make a gift for my sister as well as a bridal shower decoration. Everyone complimented them on their cuteness. This is a fantastic deal because it includes 14 canvasses as well as 14 easels. The easel that comes with each canvas is included in the box. So, once you've used some, you can leave the rest in the box and not worry about them getting damaged or mixed up. I painted them with satin acrylic paint and had no problems; you can also paint or decorate the easels if you want; I left mine plain. These are something I would recommend to anyone! I will definitely buy from you again in the future. (I also included images for those who are undecided about whether or not they will like these. ).
While we were working on a paper craft project for Thanksgiving, I only painted the sides of the canvases. On the front, we glued a lovely Thanksgiving piece of stamped paper art - turned out beautifully, and the end result was delightful. I wasn't looking for easel-ready canvases, but when I saw these, I knew they'd be ideal for the project, and they were! I ordered two boxes, so the price was reasonable. Thank you a lot!.
The easels aren't particularly high-end or well-made, but they do come with a canvas, which you can use or discard when displaying your artwork at a trade show or art fair. I bought these sets for the canvas, and the canvas holds acrylic paints and mixed media materials well, and I was able to finish my art projects by strengthening the canvas cloth with gesso and glossing the tops. The sets are perfect for me. If you're working on a lot of projects/mini gifts at once and don't want to spend a lot of money on the product, but still want to experiment with good materials at a reasonable price, I'd recommend it.
These canvasses were ideal for a quick painting session. We bought these out of boredom as a result of quarantining during the coronavirus. They arrived in a timely manner, and there were quite a few canvases! On the bottom of the canvas, there were some sticky things, and the canvas itself wasn't very sturdy. But all it took was a little gesso on the canvas to make it look a lot better. So, I'd recommend these to kids, beginners, or anyone looking for a quick painting.
Ideal for use in the office or as a decorative element in the home. My three-year-old daughter, too, enjoys painting on them. The only "negative" aspect I can think of is that some of the stands could be a little more durable.
I paint 3x3 watercolors on watercolor paper, glue them to the canvas, apply a coat of matte varnish, and tape the edges. The mini paintings are then sold at a nearby gift shop. These mini canvases with easels are inexpensive, and the finished art is easy to transport.
I'm hoping to include some photos with this review. Painting cacti and flowers was a lot of fun for us. As you can see, we have two painted canvases that are ready to be painted on. This was a lot of fun for us.
