Yes, I agree. Although the paper is not smooth, it does have a texture.

It can be painted on either side. The front side is like gessoed canvas and the back side is the reverse A gessoed surface.

Do you know how you can frame an acrylic painting on canvas? To save space on a plane, I used canvas paper instead of glass, however it is still worth framing paintings. ?

There is a board you can place it on that you can get with a frame. If you need help framing, you can go to your local framing store. In addition to that, if you're looking for something that is less expensive, I would recommend Affordability is the strongest suit of their framing section.

This is cheap canvas paper, not the real thing! This is not the canvas paper that you need if you need to work on a thick canvas! There is a thin, absorbent layer here that makes blending colors nearly impossible! The surface of this paper is rough, like watercolor paper

If you intend to cover the paper with paint, you may want to get a heavier quality paper. A lot of moisture causes this one to curl.

The gift was bought for my daughter in hopes she'll enjoy painting it. I thought that this would be a good way for her to practice a few paintings before she finalizes it on a canvas. Reviewers gave this item 4 out of 5 stars before I ordered and I usually base my purchase on reviews. I am giving this 2 stars because the reviews were 4 out of 5 stars before placing my order. It was stated in the description that this could be used for oils and acrylics. It was painted with acrylic the same day we received it and the paper dried pretty much like it had been painted with As it dried, it resembled a piece of paper on which water had been spilled. There were bumps and wrinkles on it. Although I thought it might have been a fluke and that my daughter had just used too much water on her brush and paints, when I tried painting something myself the paper dried all over after the paint was applied. This is not a very happy day!.

Besides practicing, this is also a great piece for a finished piece, because it is very easy to frame. Beginner artists will find oil and acrylic materials to be affordable. Your art can be displayed in a photo frame for a fraction of the cost of a canvas frame. You can see the photo in the following paragraph. In order to try out an idea and experiment with colors, I use canvas paper. During the delivery process, there was a delay. My order was kept updated by Amazon, and I could have cancelled it if I didn't like the custom This product is a good buy, and I will be ordering more from this company in the near future. The second one I've ever owned.

A great texture and a thick paper make this product stand out. I misunderstood when I purchased this. I thought it was 200 sheets, but it turned out to be only 101 The 200 series is what it is. Again, I was careless in not looking deeper at it before I bought it, as there are 10 sheets total. It is a product I would recommend without a doubt.

After looking for the pad on Amazon, I discovered that it was currently out of stock! My pleasure is that I still have the pad, and it's a beautiful one. My favorite part of the papers is the design! The best way to work with colors is with acrylic. In all, there are ten sheets in five pads. I also like the light color of the paper and that it is perfect for canvas prints. I enjoyed reading it.

My favorite thing about this canvas paper was its texture. This one is hefty and nice. In one area, if you use a lot of brush strokes, your paper will warp (bend in that area. The 9x12 format did not work well for me, so I gave it a minimal star rating. I wouldn't think 8x10 would work On the whole, I would recommend it.
