We purchased this based on the ad that showed the insert, but it is not what was shown on the zipit ad for this pencil box, so we are returning it.
There are a variety of color options available. To get the color you want, simply click on the picture of the color you want.
This pencil case is adorable, and it was used to store everyone's markers in my son's class. As long as the watercolors aren't too long, it might work.
The case is large enough to hold snacks, but I'm concerned about keeping it clean over time, as the inside "lining" does not appear to be very sanitary. br>However, a small bag of chips, cheese sticks, thick-peeled fruits, and snacks packaged in plastic containers or bags would suffice.

Last year, I bought a blue monster box for my son, and it has survived! It would have appeared brand new if he hadn't drawn all over it. I threw it in the dishwasher and began using it as a first-aid kit once it was dry. (After a full year at school, the dishwasher removed the dingy look) I got the pink one for my daughter this year, and she loves it. They are extremely long lasting. I'd been buying them for $1 at Wal-Mart for my kids. Before the first day of school, mart was usually out of money. It's true that you get what you pay for, I suppose. If they treat their belongings with respect, I'm confident that this will last them until they graduate from high school.
To keep my phone's power bank and charging cords organized in my purse, I purchased two of these pencil boxes. It feels sturdy enough, and it's quite roomy, which is both good and bad; good because I can fit a lot of stuff in it; bad because the extra space makes noise when I walk, and the power bank moves around in the pencil box. It should be fine if I add more stuff to fill in the gaps, and the quality is good so far. I'm hoping it lasts.
My 5-year-old has trouble opening and closing this item, which is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. I bought two more and the zippers on those work fine, so I'd like a replacement for this one. They're extremely adorable, roomy, and long-lasting.
It appears to be identical to the image. It's a sturdily constructed box. Zipper is tough. The only thing I'd mention is the size; I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the original description, but once we stuffed all of my son's belongings inside, they didn't all fit. It's a small area.
My 10-year-old niece adored this pencil case! I couldn't believe my eyes. It's difficult to find a good gift for girls this age that they don't already have or that they'll like, but this one was perfect; she loved the raised eyeballs and the mouth opening. I'm pleased because she still uses it and enjoys it. This one will stay on my list if I need a gift for another child because it is well made, study, and holds a lot of pens, pencils, and markers, among other things.
Every other month, I got tired of having to replace crushed pencil boxes. So I gave it a shot with my eight-year-old son. We like the cute character faces and the fact that it can withstand kids stepping on his backpack by accident. Sharpened pencils tend to stick out of bags and poke kids, so this is preferable to pencil pouches. This is a product that I will continue to purchase for many years. The money was well spent.
It's a cute case, but the price is a letdown because I found them for a quarter of the price I paid online at Walmart:.
