Hard plastic is used in its construction. As I spray them with sealer, I use this to keep my rocks from bending while they are being sealed.
There are about an inch of pegs on each side. They stack so you can maneuver them side-by-side and they can be cut down to fit in any box or plastic container that you want to use them in. To make it fit into the thing, I cut off a lot of the resin I used on it and reuse it. I've probably been using the same one for eight months now. It's the best idea anyone could have ever came up with, and I just love it
To base coat my rocks, I use mineral oil. After that, I seal the side where the bottom will be. No matter how small the pinpoints are, they will not make a difference. So that there are no marks built up on the "good side," I always paint it last.
The mats were about 15 inches square each and I received 4 mats when I ordered this item. An item of extreme importance

Painting rocks is something we do a lot of. I use it when I resin my rocks, but I actually use it to sit on. A piece of wood I took and hammered a bunch of nails into embodied my home made one. Flip it over and do it again. As the resin dried, I was able to sit the stones and rocks on the nails. You only have to leave a slight sharpening mark on the back. ones are better because the tips of the points are smaller than a nail and they come in a package of four. A large batch of resined rocks and stones can be dried in this time. Despite the weight of the rocks, it stands Despite its strength, the plastic is very lightweight. My order came in just as I had expected. Would I have thought of getting something like this made if I had thought about it earlier. It's so nice to have them around.
I was glad I did. Even used a small torch on my rocks to get the bubbles out, and the plastic did not melt (I don't recommend aiming the torch at the plastic, but it didn't affect when I was waving it over my rocks #OliverRocks).
These rocks will hold well in this holder, and the resin will hold on to heavier items with ease. You can put it down high spikes or low spikes depending on the way you put it down. The tubes come in a package of four, and they fit within covered containers, so that debris cannot get into the dry project. When I inserted two of the containers into the container I have, there was a little overlap, but these could be easily trimmed to fit. Acrylic pours would also work well with this method, and I am sure many other things too. I assure you that you won't regret purchasing them.
The system seems to work fine! The fact that I could cut one of them into some smaller sizes is convenient, and I kept two of them full size. I was concerned they would scratch paint off larger rocks when I was working on the other side, but after working on more than 25 rocks, I haven't had this problem. Only thing I would change is the height of the points to accommodate rocks that were uneven or tippy.
Two oversize lids with silicone mats (lined with paint-safe paper) are how I pour paint. I cut down the other lids for smaller boxes where I dry my rocks/ornaments. Once the full-size ones are lifted, under the layer of paint I have puddled up, I will dip the items into the puddle. You really get a lot for your money with these. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. The second set I purchased was so good, I bought a third set as well. This is a great product.
There was no way I could have imagined how much I would need this drying rack! My purchase was a whim, and I have been pleasantly This way, I can spray paint rocks while they are drying and then use them to hold rocks as I dry them. To paint and dry, I also used to hold paper, photos, and decals. The sheet can be cut to fit any application, and it can be cleaned for re-use.
My painted rocks looked great after I used these to place resin on them. It was impossible for flat spots to form on the tabletop after sitting for a while. Hopefully I will use them for all my other crafts as well. I found that it was much easier to dry this way. You simply place the spikes on top and you are good to go. Good product. I recommend it.
A perfect tool for drying pieces after I have painted them from 360 degrees. This allows the air to circulate and dry all sides of the cloth. My heart swells with joy when I find.
