The latch that keeps it secure does not seem to be strong enough to hold beads. I got these for my many many In sum, these boxes are good value for the money since I have a million uses for them.

As board game pieces, I like to use them. It would fit nicely if a deck of playing cards were used. Despite the red shade being transparent, it is very strong. That's such a great idea!.
