For a group of quilting friends, I really needed 6 of them. It was the most cost-effective method of purchasing them. The item has performed admirably. We now all keep a few on hand in our sewing machines, pin cushions, and other places where having more would be useful. Because there is no wire sticking out to catch your fingers on, they work better than the old metal ones.
This item can be used by both left and right-handed people. The wire is held in place by a piece of plastic that has an indent for your thumb or finger to rest on to keep it steady.
The needle's eye is pierced by the small hook. After that, wrap the thread around the hook and pull it through the eye to complete the project.
The colored piece you're holding is made of plastic, while the wire through which the thread passes is made of wire.

I'm blown away by this product!br>I've tried a lot of needle threaders over the years, and they've all failed after a few uses. Because these Threaders are moulded together, the "wire bits" have a much lower chance of pulling out of the backing.
Two things were bothering me. If the wires were small enough to fit in the eye of my small quilting needles, and if they would easily break. The wire is small enough to fit through the needle threaders, and I have plenty on hand in case the wire breaks. This product has exceeded my expectations.
They aren't as flimsy as the aluminum ones found in sewing kits. These little beauties have been a lifesaver for me as my eyesight has deteriorated with age. For anyone who needs assistance threading a needle, this book is a must-have!.
look at the video - They're so sturdy that they can support a large spool of ribbon! And, while we're on the subject of toughness, the plastic snap-on lid is a good example. The lid box (see photo 2) in which they're served is also sturdy and strong. These easily handled my thickest embroidery thread (see photo 3)Overall, this is one of my favorite Amazon purchases for such a small item!.
Both for hand and machine use, this is true. I'd gotten the more expensive single threader first. I've used it a few times now, and it's bent to the point where I can't get it through my eye. I grabbed one of these, and it was a much stronger wire that easily passed through the eye. I'm sure I'll be using them more as my eyesight deteriorates, even on my own computer.
The quality isn't great, but there are a lot of them. I expected much thinner wire for threading sewing machine needles, so this was a pleasant surprise. This wire is far too thick and will only just fit through the opening. In some cases, the threader became stuck, and the wire was immediately pulled out. I began stringing beads with it, and one lasted a long time before breaking, and the next two broke almost immediately (wire pulled out of the plastic). There's a strange lack of quality control going on here. br>br>I would not purchase this product again.
The needle threader is ideal! I enjoy using needles. Threaders are useful because most of my sewing needles have small eyes, and threaders make threading the needle a breeze. I've tried a lot of threaders, but these are the best: The study plastic base is far more comfortable to hold than the flimsy metal bases I've been using for years, and the bright colors are appealing. They're packaged in a reusable plastic box and come in a pack of 24. I haven't had mine for very long, so I can't say how long they will last, but they appear to be durable, and I'm still using the first one I tried. Anyway, even if this first one breaks, I won't have to reorder for a long time because there are 24 of them in one order. These needle-free products come highly recommended by me. Threaders are people who thread things together.
So far, they've been fantastic. I had purchased a three-pack of cheap store ones that all broke after five minutes of use, so I decided to upgrade. Even though I didn't require 24 of them, I came across these. I figured it couldn't hurt to have a few extras on hand (or my mother might want one or two). So far, I've only used one, but it's holding up well. It's very simple to hold and use. I've noticed that when I go to pull the thread back through (to actually thread the needle), I have to give it a little more of a tug than I would have expected. I'd still recommend these, though, because it's such a minor detail that it's more likely to do with how I do things than anything else. I also appreciate the fact that they come in a case.
