Buy these but don't buy them since they are going to disintegrate quickly. This has the metal all included. However, in this case, you don't need instructions; you just need the wire to be stuck in the hole, the thread through the hole, then you should pull the tab with the wire back through it. Take the thread out of the needle after a certain amount of time.
There was no label on the package that read "Boxed in Zip Lock Bag", they arrived individually wrapped. I suspect they are Chinese made. Quality shouldn't factor into that. It performs better than the ones in flimsy metal tabs, and I have been using one for a long time.

I'm always looking for someone like you! I'm not sure of you, I guess I'll have a quick guess as to your relationship. You get one when you need it. For one, I cannot find one. There was not much point to doing this break at all, so not much better than the usual ones.
Despite the fact that many tinfoil holders can easily be removed, these are more durable and simple. Molded into plastic tabs, they can fit into the thin loop better and attach to any flat surface. I didn't even think to bring them out after only threading anything other than very thin wires (or 3) because they're inexpensive, they didn't bother me as much.
