It is two different sizes, multifunctional, and meets a wide range of requirements. Three stitches can be ripped out with the small stitch ripper. There is no reason these rippers would not be able to rip any stitch. You might have to rip a cross stitch twice I used them to rip denim and an old tarp and they worked perfectly

Overall, it has been a good start! In the past year, I "gifted" my husband a very nice Carhart work coat for Christmas. He was deducted the money from his bonus check to buy the coat. In any case. This set was purchased just for these nippers because all my sewing scissors are large and, as a result, I found it impossible to clip threads all the way down. I felt this was a good trade-off. I really only needed one seam ripper, but the price for everything was right. Almost everything works as it should. The pouch is nice because it has a zipper Organizes everything into one place so that everything is easily accessible. A small pouch is included in the package, and you can put other items in it. I'd only change one thing have the nipper's cap made of plastic. There is a pointy end at the end, which is extremely sharp. However, some of the plastic coverings on the seam rippers were cracked or broken, which impacted the overall usability of the tool. Due to the fact that the envelope was in good condition, and there was no plastic debris inside the envelope to show damage during shipping, it was clearly packaged in this way. I wish there was a hard cover or cap over the blades of those tweezes and knives

It's the perfect set for anyone who needs to rip seams. I don't really see the purpose of the carrying pouch. It's nice that there are protective caps on the rippers, so that it's not as easy to get cut and so the blades don't wear out as fast. One thing to keep in mind is that tweezers and knives don't go together The ripper thingy (I don't know what it's called) is very sharp and does not have a hard protective cover.
