An absolute newbie In order to get more, I am attempting to stretch my budget on supplies / accessories. What is the purpose of getting this brand of brayer (tweezers, mats, vinyl, etc.)? I appreciate it! ?

Definitely go with the mats, but you don't need to buy all of the other Cricut accessories nor do you need to buy the entire Cricut line. My favorite vinyl is the vinyl that is on sale. I am 651. In my experience, I have found that Cricut vinyl, Siser, and Com to be extremely useful.

There is no mention of Cricut on the list, so why? What are the reasons why China is the country of origin?

As I was making holiday cups with vinyl for Christmas, I used this tool to smooth vinyl onto my cutting mats, which was so much faster and more efficient than doing it by hand. Can you suggest some alternatives that are a bit more affordable? Yes, of course. Although I had my heart set on the cricut brand one, because I wanted it to match the rest of my cricut tools, and it just looks more interesting and well made than the other ones. It would have been great if I had bought this years.

In an attempt to save money, I purchased an off-price item I made a mistake with the brand. Using the other one, the rubber roller caught any lint or dust in the area, and I had to endeavor to clean it off constantly, which was My original roller was faulty, so I returned it and received this one instead. That's what I love about It's so much better now. It is striking to see the difference in quality.

For some reason, I didn't have high expectations, but it ended up being a lot better than I expected. Paper that has lost its sticky quality sticks better to mats when it is applied. I highly recommend it.

Never in my life have I known how much easier crafting could be. To make your own envelopes or emboss into soft media like foam, the backing will help keep papers better adhered to the cutting mats as well as to smooth creases and edges.
