Questions & Answers

Can you tell me where these are ?

The 8pc seam ripper package I bought had a variety of sizes, and I really liked them. All of them are sharp and have still remained so despite being used dozens of times. This is a product I would recommend and will order

You'll be able to use them! You're so sharp! They are exactly what they should It was as good as I had hoped it would be
5/5

Those are all the ones I tried! They are all the same. Every one of them did an outstanding job. Even so, I had my doubts that they would be sharp, but they are, and I am pleased with that. To tear out embroidery mistakes, I bought these specifically for that purpose I hate you. When I got it, it did not have any floss and was as dull as it could be and was quite difficult to use. There is a dark and lonely place where it is going and somehow a new one will replace it. Could you please tell me which color it will To keep it going, it works its little blade till it dies. It would also be nice to have at least one in my sewing kit. The seam ripper is a necessity when sewing, it never lets you down. The books are great! I'm glad to have them. My cousins who I intend to teach embroidery to received them as a gift as well.
I ordered them so I can share them with them. It is up to them to decide what color they want. I need to come up with something that works for them if I am going to succeed in getting them started! For those who complained about reviews despite holding on to them despite all the bad reviews, how about those who complained where there were reviews? This would be the young ones, so you might put the cap on the bottom, it makes it easier for them There are some reviews in which people don't seem to be aware of how to use them, causing me to be puzzled. The reason to not buy something you're not sure how to use is that you don't know what they are used The reviews, which I assume to be men, were very inventive in their use. It is not a secret I will not tell my father. My feelings towards him don't seem to be something I would like to share. I thought they were a great value, they were easy to use and left-handed or right-handed people could The price is absolutely worth it! There is no reason to be disappointed! These are the ones I recommend.

This is something I recommend
4/5

I got the product at a great price and it works well. A similar looking product had previously been purchased from a competing manufacturer, and it was returned after struggling to meet expectations. There's no better set than this one. The ability to have two stitch rippers throughout the house ensures that I can find one, in case the other is missing. The one thing that I would like to point out, though, is that these large and small stitch rippers would be even better if they had caps or covers attached to the back of the handle as they are used. All other scales have caps that fit on the back of the handle - and those caps won't stay on the handle. It would be easier to control the short handles if the caps were on. This would make it harder for someone to lose the cap. Perhaps there are other stitch rippers out there that are better - ones that have a sharper blade, a thinner tip, a longer handle, a way to store the cap while in use, etc. However, they are going to cost more than the ordinary stitch rippers. There is no guarantee they will be available on an 8-day schedule Pack several in the house so you will have them available at all times.

Well, I don't care
3/5

I'd be okay if I had to. I find these very thin and The metal portion of the handle appears to be prone to detaching from the plastic handle and to bending. Though the handles are of different lengths, the thickness and width of the actual pointy end do not vary much if at all. With the pointy end, you have to get under stitches with too thick and wide a point, so you cannot do the job properly. It is fine to use the cutting edge Despite the fact that it cuts thread, the process is more difficult than it should be. The inexpensive ones I chose are because I don't have a dedicated sewing area, and things tend to get lost as I move around all my sewing paraphernalia. was in need of one or some right away, since I could not find my old trusted It was my expectation that such a variety pack would contain various sizes of heads for various stitch sizes, but these don't.

The best I can do
5/5

I think these will do just fine. Having said that, I was willing to spend a lot more for a high quality needle point razor sharp seam ripper made of carbon steel. They do not seem to make those anymore. I decided to buy these instead, and they are perfectly satisfactory. Their small points can get into fine stitches, and their larger ones can handle bigger stitches as well. Despite the fact that the metallic portion of the cutting portion appears to be made of nothing but plastic, the cutting portion of the cutting blade is sharp enough to slice threads. Nevertheless, no one seems to care- It's just a matter of getting on with it. The fact that they are so inexpensive is also a positive. I would buy it if something made in the US ever reached this level of quality. However, till then, they should work as long as they don't The plastic from the hook tip seemed to have fallen onto the cutter on one of the large rippers. In order to keep it clean, I am simply going to use a needle file to go over that edge. I'll find out if it is metal and if it can be sharpened then. It is likely that I will forget to update this review.

I am not satisfied with the lid design
3/5

Seam rippers are devices that tear Due to this, it receives a 2 out of 5. I am afraid whoever designed these did not take into account how the lid actually functions during the entire I have a few issues with the lid, the first being that it doesn't fasten well to the ripper and comes off when any of my other tools In addition, if your tool is going to have a lid, you should probably have a plan for how the lid will go when you're using it. In my opinion, it would have been better if the lid had been fastened to both ends so I could clip it onto the handle while I was using it, then clip it over the sharp bit when I finished using it. I like this as it's pointed and has a sharp part, though I don't think it's well designed as far as how it can be used efficiently.

It has a very high value
5/5

The books are amazing. I just got them and am so happy to have found them. When I buy my replacement at my local fabric shop, I can buy one item per package for not much less than I paid for In addition, I plan to teach both my daughter and her friend to sew, so I can give them each their own sewing kit when they are finished. My favorite part is the color selection too, because stores only carry blue, so the choice is even greater!.

Buy it before it's too late! It's a scam! I will not buy these seam Rippers, they make no sense at all and do not cut or rip thread at all! A total waste of time, they're all dull
3/5

After putting off and delaying buying the Drtizt brand one, I finally took the plunge and purchased one.

I found this to be extremely helpful
5/5

Not a fan of logos, brands, itchy labels on clothes, and not a fan of being a walking advertisement. This is why they are important. You should have one in every pencil jar around the house, so you can remove labels, poke holes in sealed asprin bottles, open letters, and cut yarn, thread, open boxes, etc. But mostly you should use it to remove labels safely. You should always have a small and large jar on hand. The small one is in the travel kit, and the large one in the.
