Questions & Answers
The blade is 2" long and measures 5" long overall.
Yes, but I wouldn't use it because of the razor-sharp point that could easily pierce skin.
I'll do my best to respond to your query. When the scissors are closed, the finger inserts are approximately 2 1/4 inches wide. The blade's width would be 3/4 of an inch when closed at its widest point. When I open the scissors, the width between the blades is about 2 1/2 inches at its widest point. I hope this has been of assistance. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist you.
I'm not certain, but I'm guessing it's the United States. Below Fiskars, there is a U on a pair of scissors.

Because I do a lot of quilting, I bought these scissors to replace a pair of embroidery scissors that I had been using when sewing with my machine (trimming). I needed something with a very precise and sharp tip, and the other scissors just didn't cut it (pardon the pun) for some of the jobs I needed them to do. Wow! br>br>Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa This is incredible! I put my other scissors away, and this pair of Fiskars sits next to my sewing machine on a daily basis. It's now much easier to trim corners and small spaces. I'm not sure how I managed to sew for so long without them because they're so comfortable to hold and easy to grip. br>br>A must-have for even the most inexperienced sewers, as they deliver exactly what they promise - They're simple to use, gentle on the fingers, and simple to grip and snip off precisely in tight spaces. What a lucky break!.
This is the second pair of Fiskars scissors I've purchased. It's razor sharp, just like my first pair. As a result, use them with caution. You can cut yourself if you run your finger along a blade. These scissors are well-made and easy to operate. Unless you're cutting something thick, they work great. Then, with a larger pair of scissors, trim the excess hair.
I was looking for a more compact pair of scissors, and the smaller size of these fit the bill. They work fine with paper and other thinner items, but not so well with thicker items or materials. Because of the size and the lack of/thinness of rubber on the handle, they are not very comfortable to use. Decent.
I bought several pairs of these scissors. Small jobs like removing clothing tags are a breeze with this tool. Outstanding scissors.
I've been doing quilting for a long time. I do a lot of intricate applique work and wouldn't be able to do it without these scissors. These scissors are easy to hold (unless you use them for 4 hours straight, which I did and it hurt!). br>br>I can cut any angle, curve, or other shape you can think of. Pieces range in size from very small to very large. They're razor-sharp, and I only use the best materials because they last for years; these materials are typically thicker and more difficult to cut. This isn't the case with these buttery cookies! br>br>I have 4 pairs of thesebr>1) fabrics onlybr>2) papers onlybr>3) miscellaneous craft items onlybr>4) for my husband/kids not to ruin my other pairs (I have issues sharing because my stuff has been ruined in the past)br>br>.

These are small, light, and sturdy scissors that are easy to maneuver and use. They're so simple to use when I'm doing crafts that I'm sure I'll reach for them before any of my other scissors. It's a pleasure to hold them. The term "micro-" refers to a small area. The "tip" is a special tip design that is extremely sharp and is supposed to stay that way, which solves a common problem I've had with scissors in which the tip dulls before the rest of the blades. It also allows for a very precise cut and extra-long lasting results. excellent precision These are fantastic! br>br>I understand that they are more expensive than several other similar scissors from other manufacturers, but I would pay a little more for these because they have the Fiskars name for quality and I expect them to last a long time, plus you get something that will really do the job for just a few dollars more. br>br>Strongly suggested. br>br>

I recently purchased a set of Fiskars scissors with my TWA "Getaway" card as coupon scissors, and I would still be using them if I hadn't misplaced them. This business produces a high-quality product. If I lose this pair in the next 30 years or less, I'll buy another pair. Thank you very much.
The blades are razor-sharp and cut cleanly, but the finger loops are tiny. I had to cut the foam cushion away from the inside of the finger loops with a sharp narrow blade knife, which made them usable but not great. My hands and fingers are big, but not thick. My wife likes them, but she's only 5'2" tall and has small hands.
