This is NOT a permanent adhesive

The flannel hats are beautiful and the size is spot on, but you cannot iron on them. Each time, they peeled right off with no effort regardless of whether I used a different fabric or setting on my iron. I finally had to hand sew them after all, which was extremely disappointing.
