Fusible web was easy to add so that I can iron the stems down in order to hold them The use of them when doing appliqués is enjoyable to me.
The older more metal style is preferred, but the current design is still functional. It is a quality product that Clover produces!.
A demo of these various sizes of bias makers was presented to me, and they are amazing. You can make straps or string tape with this product as well. Adhesive and cloth can be pressed together while being added to this dual purpose tool.
In my quilting projects I am using these products for the preparation of bias strips for applique.
The clover tool kit is so useful that I wouldn't try making custom bias tape without it or the other clover.
