So far, I have mainly used it for There was only one piece of tape that needed to be applied more than once. If you use it on cotton, you can only use it once since the cotton threads will remain stuck to the tape once it is Here is what I hope will help.
As of now, I've used the tape only on jeans and have not had any difficulties removing it, but I'm not sure how it would work on more delicate fabrics.
The following two paragraphs are It is clear to see the two-sided tape.
There has not been a single time after washing that I have forgotten to take the tape off. It does, however, leave a sticky residue after you remove the tape.

While I wait to sew the dress pants, I am temporarily hemming a pair of pants with this. I found the tape to be very easy to apply and it has held the hem for three weeks so far. The tape can also be removed easily however, I don't want to imply that it cannot. A pair of dress pants I temporarily hemmed with tape so I could wear them with flats was another dress pant I used the tape for. At the end of the day, the tape was easily removed, without destroying the fabric.
It has excellent adhesion and is very value for money You will have a hard time pulling the backing off these strips if you want to cut them into shorter pieces. As the adhesive is so good with these, it is not necessary to use a full strip at a time to hem your pants securely. I think these would be much easier to work with if the backing was split lengthwise instead of crosswise since you could easily cut them into two or more pieces and remove the backing from each piece. Rather, you will find it easier to take off only the side of the piece that has the crosswise separation, while the rest will be difficult to take off. Even so, these are a great option if you need to hem a pair of pants. They work on linen slacks, and once the tape is firmly secured, I have never experienced any failure from them.
I needed to hem some very nice dress pants in a hurry, but was very disappointed with this product. The next day from Amazon, I got this pants tailored because I couldn't go to a tailor in time. After using this tape to hem the pants, I was quickly disappointed to discover that it simply did not adhere to the fabric I was working with. As I was doing it, I made sure to get all the backing off completely. After I got out my sewing machine and tacked up the hems myself (I am an amateur), I had to get out my sewing machine again. Thanks to my skill, I was able to get it done. I should have just done it from the beginning. Maybe this tape would work on very thin fabrics such as silk or satin, but it wouldn't work on dress pants like gaberdine, which would be high quality.
In my case, these tapes provided me with what I needed. There were two reasons why I took them on a cruise. Because I did not have time to properly hem the pants, I used a pressure-sensitive tape instead, which kept the hems in place until I removed them. As for the socks, the second was for them. It is always difficult for me to wear short socks because my heels always slip off. As soon as I attached the tape to the inside of the socks, I was no longer experiencing any This item was wonderful and I plan to buy it.
As a result, I decided to give the new kid on the block a try. This was one of the best decisions I ever made. It is less expensive than Hollywood Hem Tape and holds up much better than the Scotch Essentials As opposed to Hollywood Tape, which only adhered to certain fabrics, the Scotch Essential Tape holds the hems of my jeans regardless of their fabric until I am ready It has been a very good investment for me, and I.
Since I can't sew a stitch other than reattaching buttons, I found this to be an invaluable Strips like these are mostly used for hemming jeans and other slacks and they are very effective. Because they are temporary, they can be moved if you make a mistake with the measurements, but they will not come off with Take note of The only thing I've seen is that they have stayed on when washed in cold water and hung to dry. I'm not sure if this makes a difference but it has There is a bit of challenge in removing the backing and I wish there were a split in the middle or a bit of overhang on the ends to make it easier to remove. However, it doesn't affect my rating sufficiently to lower it.
The seam on the bottom of my pants completely ripped on one leg when I first bought them. As I was too lazy to sew them, I used this tape, and it works perfectly. They have even been washed numerous times and the tape continues to hold up so well! The first time I washed them, I needed to replace them, but for their purpose, they are excellent.
During that time, Covid hit & hit My husband ordered bandana masks that actually have a pocket to put in a filter, and I felt the need to call my old friend back The filter was not staying in place quickly, he found out. There was a lot of sticking/tapping down of the filters that I had to do so they wouldn't move, but that was a pain because it meant my husband had to change his filter each day Here is what I ordered & here is what I ordered It was fairly easy to keep the filters in place with those. As soon as my husband realized the bandana was for him It doesn't matter how many filters are applied- The mask does not provide enough protection to preclude damage as much as a mask that has 3 layers and stands still while a filter is applied As long as I don't tack the filter down, I don't need to do so. I like the fact that I have the rest of the box for myself to move the hemlines on pants, shorts, etc. Also, I can get into as much trouble as I want by moving them. I love it. I am happy with the product as usual. I love you, Pam, mom to Kelli.
