The actual Wonder tape is better, so this will suffice in an emergency, but it's not as great as it would be if it were. It sometimes clogs my needles and doesn't wash away immediately (it takes about a couple of hours to remove it. The wash routine involves three rinses). In addition, it is less sticky and has a much stronger smell than the previous version. The reason I bought this was because I had been running out of my wonder tape. The fact that it was cheaper and in a bigger roll would make it more practical for me. There are no major problems with the video, but it's not great either.
I have been using this tape for several years and LOVE it This rubber holds extremely well (even during tight turns) and doesn't have a strong odor at first. The tape will lay flatter if you cut every inch or so on a diagonal almost to the seam line before you remove the paper backing. Considering that I am making a batik quilt, I can't speak to it's washability, but considering the tape is quite thin and one of the smallest features in the seams, it's actually not an issue for this project.
This tape is amazing! It is easy for me to get through a lot of Collins Wonder Tape since I use it for attaching zippers and The same stuff is being offered here. The roll is much larger than the one shown. Be sure to keep the roll flat when storing it, or else it may not remain flat. This is water soluble, so keep it away from humidity as with the Wonder Tape. I have no problems with it coming off the roll. I will buy more in the future. This is the lowest price I could find.
I love the neat hems they gave me! The cotton one is thin and the chiffon one is thick. To fold my hem, I cut the dress, apply tape where I want it to fold, then press the tape down, peel off the top layer of the tape, fold the material over the tape and press until it is secure, and also use an iron to secure it. As soon as you finish sewing it, it becomes a bit stiff so I simply run lukewarm water on the finished hem and rub my fingers along it to dissolve the tape easily. Cotton isn't a big deal if you want to wear it within a short amount of time.
There is something so beautiful about Adding this foot helps so much with getting the fabric going on the sewing machine, especially when rolled hemmer feet are used and when going around A zipper can be held in with it, and necklines can be supported. You can use it for so many different things. This would have been very useful to me if I knew about it long ago.
The ball did not roll There is potential to use it but will need to put some effort into As soon as you take it off, it's not much of an issue. While cutting a piece, I noticed the sticky was still attached to the messed up roll instead of attaching to the paper, so I had to lift it off in order to attach it to the paper. I will not buy from this company.
Prior to sewing a zipper, it was intended to be used as a holding device. My question didn't stick at all - maybe I received an old one because others seem to be happy with it. The policy of not being able to return it surprised and upset me.
As a result of having difficulty separating D-type lenses from their D-type housings, I ordered this product The tape can be removed from its backing by washing it away. There is much more ease in separating and using these. Although, the package was shipped from China, so it took weeks before it arrived. Also, directions were not included with the package.
