Rainbow binding was just the thing for the curtains I made from repurposed vintage scarves, hankies, and disassembled silk clothes. This worked well since the curtain rings on the edge were multicolored. I was able to attach rings to the edge with more strength. pleased with my purchase!.

The fabric is a bit stiff and not soft like blanket satin I'm used to, that could be washed There is no doubt the feel is artificial fiber. The other details are exactly the same. The look is similar to an ombre or tie dye.

The material is fairly silky, but not as soft as velvet

As a blanket binding, this is adequate since its fold is symmetrical for the most part and the ribbon is constructed well. You will not have to worry about it snagging while sewing it, and the colors are divine. It is just not as soft as I would like it to be. of the fabric are even a bit sharp, evidently melted somehow to keep it.
