Tina, I'm afraid it's neither of those things. The fiberfill has a similar feel to wool batting. When placed inside a pillow, it is thick but soft, and it maintains its shape remarkably well. So all I had to do to fill my pillow was unroll it from the packaging and re-roll it. This blew me away because it was so much better than anything else I'd used before. I used to have to pull clumps of fiberfill and then stuff them into a pillow, which always resulted in a lumpy pillow. This, however, is not the case. My pillows haven't lost their shape yet. I hope this has provided you with a satisfactory response to your query.
I'm not sure I understand your question because this thing is made entirely of synthetic material! br>In this case, it's all about the chemicals - Polyester is not a fire-resistant material - This is pure plastic at its finest, and yes, it burns quite happily (no fire retardant processes used here).
If you fluff it out, it will probably be enough, but it will be light and airy.br>If you plan on having the kids sit or ride on it, you should buy two. br>First, I stuffed a huge snake, then I stuffed a huge mushroom the size of a small child curled up. After the snake (approximately 6 feet long and stuffed to the brim - I only had enough for half of my mushroom (diameter is about 2 liter soda buttle). I finally got around to closing it up by stuffing an old towel in there. It's a little heavier than I'd like, but it's still adorable.
THE PACKAGE DOESN'T SPECIFY THIS.

I was able to re-use one and a half bags. My ten-year-old couch (loveseat) is now completely stuffed, including throw pillows. It appears to be a good investment.
I was able to re-use the entire three bag. Fill a 21x22x3" chair cushion and a small throw pillow with stuffing, as shown. The lumpiness of the material was mentioned by one reviewer. This is batting practice, not a game of loose chunks. By taking fistfuls of material from the roll, you could make your pillow, cushion, or doll as lumpy as you want. I wanted the cushions to be evenly filled, so I used flat cut-outs. one layer of batting to the cases at a time This would make huge thin stringy cobwebs for your Halloween display if it were all pulled apart.
There's a lot of stuff in there. I'm re-stretching all of the cushions on my couch. There's a lot more than you think in the bag. With this stuff, I'm guessing I could fill three couch cushins. br>br>I, on the other hand, am just adding to my couch cushions, so I should be able to complete all eight in no time. That said, before I add the new stuffing, I'm removing the old stuffing and pulling it apart. The new merchandise appears to be of much higher quality - I'm not sure how it will feel after 3 years in the couch cushion like the old stuff, but it is softer and easier to pull apart. However, it appeared to be a LOT nicer at this point.
A bergere chair that belonged to my mother was reupholstered by me. It used to have the most fabulous full cushion, which was stuffed with down when I was a kid. My reworked version resembled a half-filled balloon! I wish I had taken a before and after photo. It looks fantastic after only ten minutes! I have a lot left over, so I'm going to refresh some of the pillows in the corners that are looking a little worn. Way above and beyond my expectations!.
This is incredible stuff that goes a long way. I could not believe my eyes. Before I bought it, I read some reviews, and they all said the same thing. I'm so glad I purchased this. When I was finished, my sofa looked brand new, and I only used one bag to cover the three back cushions. The cushions on my sofa were in desperate need of filling.
br>Filled four colossal cushions!.
Perfect for stuffing my cushions, using as a filter on my pond pump, and so on. When you first get it, it doesn't appear to be much, but if you open it in a large area, you'll be buried. It erupts with a colossal amount of sound!.
Because of the poor design and the use of staples to secure things, they needed some extra fluff. Two head sections and two lumbar support sections could be stuffed with this amount of material. This was used to supplement rather than replace the existing fill.
